| 1 [2:155] | Walanabluwannakum bishay-in mina alkhawfiwaaljooAAi wanaqsin mina al-amwali waal-anfusiwaalththamarati wabashshiri alssabireena |  ولنبلونكم بشيء من الخوف والجوع ونقص من الأموال والأنفس والثمرات وبشر الصابرينوَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوفْ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولنبلونكم - And surely We will test you| بشيء - with something| من - of| الخوف - [the] fear| والجوع - and [the] hunger| ونقص - and loss| من - of| الأموال - [the] wealth| والأنفس - and [the] lives| والثمرات - and [the] fruits,| وبشر - but give good news| الصابرين - (to) the patient ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [47:31] | Walanabluwannakum hattanaAAlama almujahideena minkum waalssabireenawanabluwa akhbarakum | ولنبلونكم حتى نعلم المجاهدين منكم والصابرين ونبلو أخباركم وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ حَتَّى نَعْلَمَ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ مِنكُمْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ وَنَبْلُوَاْ أَخْبَارَكُمْ | |||||
| Words | |ولنبلونكم - And surely We will test you| حتى - until| نعلم - We make evident| المجاهدين - those who strive| منكم - among you| والصابرين - and the patient ones,| ونبلو - and We will test| أخباركم - your affairs.| | ||||||
