| 1 [12:72] | Qaloo nafqidu suwaAAaalmaliki waliman jaa bihi himlu baAAeerin waanabihi zaAAeemun |  قالوا نفقد صواع الملك ولمن جاء به حمل بعير وأنا به زعيمقَالُواْ نَفْقِدُ صُوَاعَ الْمَلِكِ وَلِمَن جَاءَ بِهِ حِمْلُ بَعِيرٍ وَأَنَاْ بِهِ زَعِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| نفقد - "We are missing| صواع - (the) cup| الملك - (of) the king.| ولمن - And for (one) who| جاء - brings| به - it,| حمل - (is) a load| بعير - (of) a camel,| وأنا - and I| به - for it| زعيم - (is) responsible."| | ||||||
| 2 [42:41] | Walamani intasara baAAda thulmihifaola-ika ma AAalayhim min sabeelin | ولمن انتصر بعد ظلمه فأولئك ما عليهم من سبيل وَلَمَنِ انتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِ فَأُوْلَئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولمن - And surely whosoever| انتصر - defends himself| بعد - after| ظلمه - he has been wronged,| فأولئك - then those| ما - not| عليهم - (is) against them| من - any| سبيل - way.| | ||||||
| 3 [42:43] | Walaman sabara waghafara inna thalikalamin AAazmi al-omoori | ولمن صبر وغفر إن ذلك لمن عزم الأمور وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ | |||||
| Words | |ولمن - And whoever| صبر - (is) patient| وغفر - and forgives,| إن - indeed,| ذلك - that| لمن - (is) surely of| عزم - matters of determination.| الأمور - matters of determination.| | ||||||
| 4 [55:46] | Waliman khafa maqama rabbihijannatani | ولمن خاف مقام ربه جنتان وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ | |||||
| Words | |ولمن - But for (him) who| خاف - fears| مقام - (the) standing| ربه - (before) his Lord| جنتان - (are) two gardens.| | ||||||
| 5 [71:28] | Rabbi ighfir lee waliwalidayyawaliman dakhala baytiya mu/minan walilmu/mineena waalmu/minatiwala tazidi alththalimeena illatabaran | رب اغفر لي ولوالدي ولمن دخل بيتي مؤمنا وللمؤمنين والمؤمنات ولا تزد الظالمين إلا تبارا رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَلَا تَزِدِ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارًا | |||||
| Words | |رب - My Lord!| اغفر - Forgive| لي - me| ولوالدي - and my parents,| ولمن - and whoever| دخل - enters| بيتي - my house -| مؤمنا - a believer| وللمؤمنين - and the believing men| والمؤمنات - and the believing women.| ولا - And (do) not| تزد - increase| الظالمين - the wrongdoers| إلا - except| تبارا - (in) destruction."| | ||||||
