| 1 [14:14] | Walanuskinannakumu al-arda minbaAAdihim thalika liman khafa maqamee wakhafawaAAeedi |  ولنسكننكم الأرض من بعدهم ذلك لمن خاف مقامي وخاف وعيدوَلَنُسْكِنَنَّـكُمُ الْأَرْضَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |ولنسكننكم - And surely We will make you dwell| الأرض - (in) the land| من - after them.| بعدهم - after them.| ذلك - That| لمن - (is) for whoever| خاف - fears| مقامي - standing before Me| وخاف - and fears| وعيد - My Threat."| | ||||||
| 2 [50:14] | Waas-habu al-aykati waqawmutubbaAAin kullun kaththaba alrrusula fahaqqawaAAeedi | وأصحاب الأيكة وقوم تبع كل كذب الرسل فحق وعيد وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ وَقَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ كُلٌّ كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |وأصحاب - And (the) companions| الأيكة - (of) the wood| وقوم - and (the) people| تبع - (of) Tubba.| كل - All| كذب - denied| الرسل - the Messengers,| فحق - so was fulfilled| وعيد - My Threat.| | ||||||
| 3 [50:45] | Nahnu aAAlamu bima yaqooloonawama anta AAalayhim bijabbarin fathakkir bialqur-animan yakhafu waAAeedi | نحن أعلم بما يقولون وما أنت عليهم بجبار فذكر بالقرآن من يخاف وعيد نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِجَبَّارٍ فَذَكِّرْ بِالْقُرْآنِ مَن يَخَافُ وَعِيدِ | |||||
| Words | |نحن - We| أعلم - know best| بما - [of] what| يقولون - they say,| وما - and not| أنت - (are) you| عليهم - over them| بجبار - the one to compel.| فذكر - But remind| بالقرآن - with the Quran| من - whoever| يخاف - fears| وعيد - My threat.| | ||||||
