| 1 [21:79] | Fafahhamnaha sulaymanawakullan atayna hukman waAAilman wasakhkharnamaAAa dawooda aljibala yusabbihna waalttayrawakunna faAAileena |  ففهمناها سليمان وكلا آتينا حكما وعلما وسخرنا مع داوود الجبال يسبحن والطير وكنا فاعلينفَفَهَّمْنَاهَا سُلَيْمَانَ وَكُلًّا آتَيْنَا حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا وَسَخَّرْنَا مَعَ دَاوُودَ الْجِبَالَ يُسَبِّحْنَ وَالطَّيْرَ وَكُنَّا فَاعِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ففهمناها - And We gave understanding of it| سليمان - (to) Sulaiman,| وكلا - and (to) each| آتينا - We gave| حكما - judgment| وعلما - and knowledge.| وسخرنا - And We subjected| مع - with| داوود - Dawud| الجبال - the mountains| يسبحن - (to) glorify Our praises| والطير - and the birds.| وكنا - And We were| فاعلين - the Doers.| | ||||||
| 2 [24:41] | Alam tara anna Allaha yusabbihulahu man fee alssamawati waal-ardiwaalttayru saffatin kullun qadAAalima salatahu watasbeehahu waAllahuAAaleemun bima yafAAaloona | ألم تر أن الله يسبح له من في السماوات والأرض والطير صافات كل قد علم صلاته وتسبيحه والله عليم بما يفعلون أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالطَّيْرُ صَافَّاتٍ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَتَسْبِيحَهُ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Do not| تر - you see| أن - that| الله - Allah -| يسبح - glorify| له - Him| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| والطير - and the birds| صافات - (with) wings outspread?| كل - Each one| قد - verily| علم - knows| صلاته - its prayer| وتسبيحه - and its glorification.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بما - of what| يفعلون - they do.| | ||||||
| 3 [27:17] | Wahushira lisulaymanajunooduhu mina aljinni waal-insi waalttayrifahum yoozaAAoona | وحشر لسليمان جنوده من الجن والإنس والطير فهم يوزعون وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ جُنُودُهُ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وحشر - And were gathered| لسليمان - for Sulaiman| جنوده - his hosts| من - of| الجن - jinn| والإنس - and the men| والطير - and the birds,| فهم - and they| يوزعون - (were) set in rows.| | ||||||
| 4 [34:10] | Walaqad atayna dawoodaminna fadlan ya jibalu awwibeemaAAahu waalttayra waalanna lahu alhadeeda | ولقد آتينا داوود منا فضلا يا جبال أوبي معه والطير وألنا له الحديد وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ مِنَّا فَضْلًا يَا جِبَالُ أَوِّبِي مَعَهُ وَالطَّيْرَ وَأَلَنَّا لَهُ الْحَدِيدَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| آتينا - We gave| داوود - Dawood| منا - from Us| فضلا - Bounty.| يا - O| جبال - "O mountains!| أوبي - Repeat praises| معه - with him,| والطير - and the birds."| وألنا - And We made pliable| له - for him| الحديد - [the] iron,| | ||||||
| 5 [38:19] | Waalttayra mahshooratankullun lahu awwabun | والطير محشورة كل له أواب وَالطَّيْرَ مَحْشُورَةً كُلٌّ لَّهُ أَوَّابٌ | |||||
| Words | |والطير - And the birds| محشورة - assembled,| كل - all| له - with him| أواب - repeatedly turning.| | ||||||
