| 1 [17:34] | Wala taqraboo mala alyateemiilla biallatee hiya ahsanu hattayablugha ashuddahu waawfoo bialAAahdi inna alAAahda kanamas-oolan |  ولا تقربوا مال اليتيم إلا بالتي هي أحسن حتى يبلغ أشده وأوفوا بالعهد إن العهد كان مسئولاوَلاَ تَقْرَبُواْ مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلاَّ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَأَوْفُواْ بِالْعَهْدِ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْؤُولاً | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تقربوا - come near| مال - (the) wealth| اليتيم - (of) the orphan,| إلا - except| بالتي - with what| هي - [it] is| أحسن - best| حتى - until| يبلغ - he reaches| أشده - his maturity.| وأوفوا - And fulfil| بالعهد - the covenant.| إن - Indeed,| العهد - the covenant| كان - will be| مسئولا - questioned.| | ||||||
| 2 [17:36] | Wala taqfu ma laysa laka bihiAAilmun inna alssamAAa waalbasara waalfu-adakullu ola-ika kana AAanhu mas-oolan | ولا تقف ما ليس لك به علم إن السمع والبصر والفؤاد كل أولئك كان عنه مسئولا وَلاَ تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَـئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْؤُولاً | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تقف - pursue| ما - what| ليس - not| لك - you have| به - of it| علم - any knowledge.| إن - Indeed,| السمع - the hearing,| والبصر - and the sight,| والفؤاد - and the heart| كل - all| أولئك - those| كان - will be| عنه - [about it]| مسئولا - questioned.| | ||||||
| 3 [25:16] | Lahum feeha ma yashaoonakhalideena kana AAala rabbika waAAdanmas-oolan | لهم فيها ما يشاءون خالدين كان على ربك وعدا مسئولا لَهُمْ فِيهَا مَا يَشَاؤُونَ خَالِدِينَ كَانَ عَلَى رَبِّكَ وَعْدًا مَسْؤُولًا | |||||
| Words | |لهم - For them| فيها - therein| ما - (is) whatever| يشاءون - they wish,| خالدين - they will abide forever.| كان - It is| على - on| ربك - your Lord| وعدا - a promise| مسئولا - requested."| | ||||||
| 4 [33:15] | Walaqad kanoo AAahadoo Allahamin qablu la yuwalloona al-adbara wakanaAAahdu Allahi mas-oolan | ولقد كانوا عاهدوا الله من قبل لا يولون الأدبار وكان عهد الله مسئولا وَلَقَدْ كَانُوا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ مِن قَبْلُ لَا يُوَلُّونَ الْأَدْبَارَ وَكَانَ عَهْدُ اللَّهِ مَسْؤُولًا | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| كانوا - they had| عاهدوا - promised| الله - Allah| من - before,| قبل - before,| لا - not| يولون - they would turn| الأدبار - their backs.| وكان - And is| عهد - (the) promise| الله - (to) Allah| مسئولا - to be questioned.| | ||||||
