| 1 [5:94] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoolayabluwannakumu Allahu bishay-in mina alssayditanaluhu aydeekum warimahukum liyaAAlama Allahuman yakhafuhu bialghaybi famani iAAtadabaAAda thalika falahu AAathabun aleemun |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا ليبلونكم الله بشيء من الصيد تناله أيديكم ورماحكم ليعلم الله من يخافه بالغيب فمن اعتدى بعد ذلك فله عذاب أليميَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لَيَبْلُوَنَّكُمُ اللّهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الصَّيْدِ تَنَالُهُ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَرِمَاحُكُمْ لِيَعْلَمَ اللّهُ مَن يَخَافُهُ بِالْغَيْبِ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| ليبلونكم - Surely will test you| الله - Allah| بشيء - through something| من - of| الصيد - the game -| تناله - can reach it| أيديكم - your hands| ورماحكم - and your spears| ليعلم - that may make evident| الله - Allah| من - who| يخافه - fears Him| بالغيب - in the unseen.| فمن - And whoever| اعتدى - transgressed| بعد - after| ذلك - that,| فله - then for him| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 2 [12:52] | Thalika liyaAAlama annee lam akhunhubialghaybi waanna Allaha la yahdee kaydaalkha-ineena | ذلك ليعلم أني لم أخنه بالغيب وأن الله لا يهدي كيد الخائنين ذَلِكَ لِيَعْلَمَ أَنِّي لَمْ أَخُنْهُ بِالْغَيْبِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي كَيْدَ الْخَائِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| ليعلم - he may know| أني - that I| لم - not| أخنه - [I] betray him| بالغيب - in secret,| وأن - and that| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يهدي - guide| كيد - (the) plan| الخائنين - (of) the betrayers."| | ||||||
| 3 [24:31] | Waqul lilmu/minati yaghdudnamin absarihinna wayahfathnafuroojahunna wala yubdeena zeenatahunna illa mathahara minha walyadribnabikhumurihinna AAala juyoobihinna wala yubdeenazeenatahunna illa libuAAoolatihinna aw aba-ihinnaaw aba-i buAAoolatihinna aw abna-ihinna awabna-i buAAoolatihinna aw ikhwanihinna aw baneeikhwanihinna aw banee akhawatihinna aw nisa-ihinnaaw ma malakat aymanuhunna awi alttabiAAeenaghayri olee al-irbati mina alrrijali awi alttifliallatheena lam yathharoo AAala AAawratialnnisa-i wala yadribnabi-arjulihinna liyuAAlama ma yukhfeena min zeenatihinnawatooboo ila Allahi jameeAAan ayyuhaalmu/minoona laAAallakum tuflihoona | وقل للمؤمنات يغضضن من أبصارهن ويحفظن فروجهن ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا ما ظهر منها وليضربن بخمرهن على جيوبهن ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا لبعولتهن أو آبائهن أو آباء بعولتهن أو أبنائهن أو أبناء بعولتهن أو إخوانهن أو بني إخوانهن أو بني أخواتهن أو نسائهن أو ما ملكت أيمانهن أو التابعين غير أولي الإربة من الرجال أو الطفل الذين لم يظهروا على عورات النساء ولا يضربن بأرجلهن ليعلم ما يخفين من زينتهن وتوبوا إلى الله جميعا أيه المؤمنون لعلكم تفلحون وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُوْلِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَى عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقل - And say| للمؤمنات - to the believing women| يغضضن - (that) they should lower| من - [of]| أبصارهن - their gaze| ويحفظن - and they should guard| فروجهن - their chastity,| ولا - and not| يبدين - (to) display| زينتهن - their adornment| إلا - except| ما - what| ظهر - is apparent| منها - of it.| وليضربن - And let them draw| بخمرهن - their head covers| على - over| جيوبهن - their bosoms,| ولا - and not| يبدين - (to) display| زينتهن - their adornment| إلا - except| لبعولتهن - to their husbands,| أو - or| آبائهن - their fathers| أو - or| آباء - fathers| بعولتهن - (of) their husbands| أو - or| أبنائهن - their sons| أو - or| أبناء - sons| بعولتهن - (of) their husbands| أو - or| إخوانهن - their brothers| أو - or| بني - sons| إخوانهن - (of) their brothers| أو - or| بني - sons| أخواتهن - (of) their sisters,| أو - or| نسائهن - their women| أو - or| ما - what| ملكت - possess| أيمانهن - their right hands| أو - or| التابعين - the attendants| غير - having no physical desire| أولي - having no physical desire| الإربة - having no physical desire| من - among| الرجال - [the] men| أو - or| الطفل - [the] children| الذين - who| لم - (are) not| يظهروا - aware| على - of| عورات - private aspects| النساء - (of) the women.| ولا - And not| يضربن - let them stamp| بأرجلهن - their feet| ليعلم - to make known| ما - what| يخفين - they conceal| من - of| زينتهن - their adornment.| وتوبوا - And turn| إلى - to| الله - Allah| جميعا - altogether| أيه - O believers!| المؤمنون - O believers!| لعلكم - So that you may| تفلحون - succeed.| | ||||||
| 4 [27:74] | Wa-inna rabbaka layaAAlamu ma tukinnusudooruhum wama yuAAlinoona | وإن ربك ليعلم ما تكن صدورهم وما يعلنون وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And indeed,| ربك - your Lord| ليعلم - surely knows| ما - what| تكن - conceals| صدورهم - their breasts| وما - and what| يعلنون - they declare.| | ||||||
| 5 [72:28] | LiyaAAlama an qad ablaghoo risalatirabbihim waahata bima ladayhim waahsa kullashay-in AAadadan | ليعلم أن قد أبلغوا رسالات ربهم وأحاط بما لديهم وأحصى كل شيء عددا لِّيَعْلَمَ أَن قَدْ أَبْلَغُوا رِسَالَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَأَحَاطَ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ وَأَحْصَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا | |||||
| Words | |ليعلم - That He may make evident| أن - that| قد - indeed,| أبلغوا - they have conveyed| رسالات - (the) Messages| ربهم - (of) their Lord;| وأحاط - and He has encompassed| بما - what| لديهم - (is) with them| وأحصى - and He takes account| كل - (of) all| شيء - things| عددا - (in) number."| | ||||||
