| 1 [3:83] | Afaghayra deeni Allahi yabghoonawalahu aslama man fee alssamawati waal-arditawAAan wakarhan wa-ilayhi yurjaAAoona |  أفغير دين الله يبغون وله أسلم من في السماوات والأرض طوعا وكرها وإليه يرجعونأَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ اللّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفغير - So is (it) other than| دين - (the) religion| الله - (of) Allah| يبغون - they seek?| وله - While to Him| أسلم - (have) submitted| من - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| طوعا - willingly| وكرها - or unwillingly,| وإليه - and towards Him| يرجعون - they will be returned.| | ||||||
| 2 [9:53] | Qul anfiqoo tawAAan aw karhan lanyutaqabbala minkum innakum kuntum qawman fasiqeena | قل أنفقوا طوعا أو كرها لن يتقبل منكم إنكم كنتم قوما فاسقين قُلْ أَنفِقُواْ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أنفقوا - "Spend| طوعا - willingly| أو - or| كرها - unwillingly;| لن - never| يتقبل - will be accepted| منكم - from you.| إنكم - Indeed, you| كنتم - [you] are| قوما - a people| فاسقين - defiantly disobedient."| | ||||||
| 3 [13:15] | Walillahi yasjudu man fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi tawAAan wakarhan wathilaluhumbialghuduwwi waal-asali | ولله يسجد من في السماوات والأرض طوعا وكرها وظلالهم بالغدو والآصال وَلِلّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَظِلالُهُم بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ | |||||
| Words | |ولله - And to Allah| يسجد - prostrates| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| طوعا - willingly| وكرها - or unwillingly,| وظلالهم - and (so do) their shadows| بالغدو - in the mornings| والآصال - and in the afternoons.| | ||||||
| 4 [41:11] | Thumma istawa ila alssama-iwahiya dukhanun faqala laha walil-ardii/tiya tawAAan aw karhan qalata ataynata-iAAeena | ثم استوى إلى السماء وهي دخان فقال لها وللأرض ائتيا طوعا أو كرها قالتا أتينا طائعين ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلْأَرْضِ اِئْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| استوى - He directed (Himself)| إلى - towards| السماء - the heaven| وهي - while it (was)| دخان - smoke,| فقال - and He said| لها - to it| وللأرض - and to the earth,| ائتيا - "Come both of you| طوعا - willingly| أو - or| كرها - unwillingly."| قالتا - They both said,| أتينا - "We come| طائعين - willingly."| | ||||||
