| 1 [3:183] | Allatheena qaloo inna AllahaAAahida ilayna alla nu/mina lirasoolin hattaya/tiyana biqurbanin ta/kuluhu alnnaruqul qad jaakum rusulun min qablee bialbayyinatiwabiallathee qultum falima qataltumoohum in kutum sadiqeena |  الذين قالوا إن الله عهد إلينا ألا نؤمن لرسول حتى يأتينا بقربان تأكله النار قل قد جاءكم رسل من قبلي بالبينات وبالذي قلتم فلم قتلتموهم إن كنتم صادقينالَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا أَلاَّ نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍ تَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ قُلْ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِي بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالَّذِي قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| قالوا - said,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| عهد - (has) taken promise| إلينا - from us| ألا - that not| نؤمن - we (should) believe| لرسول - in a Messenger| حتى - until| يأتينا - he brings to us| بقربان - a sacrifice -| تأكله - consumes it| النار - the fire."| قل - Say,| قد - "Surely| جاءكم - came to you| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلي - before me| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| وبالذي - and with what| قلتم - you speak.| فلم - So why| قتلتموهم - you killed them,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:184] | Fa-in kaththabooka faqad kuththibarusulun min qablika jaoo bialbayyinati waalzzuburiwaalkitabi almuneeri | فإن كذبوك فقد كذب رسل من قبلك جاءوا بالبينات والزبر والكتاب المنير فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ جَآؤُوا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - Then if| كذبوك - they reject you,| فقد - then certainly| كذب - were rejected| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you| جاءوا - (who) came| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| والزبر - and the Scriptures| والكتاب - and the Book -| المنير - [the] Enlightening.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:34] | Walaqad kuththibat rusulun minqablika fasabaroo AAala ma kuththiboowaoothoo hatta atahum nasrunawala mubaddila likalimati Allahi walaqad jaakamin naba-i almursaleena | ولقد كذبت رسل من قبلك فصبروا على ما كذبوا وأوذوا حتى أتاهم نصرنا ولا مبدل لكلمات الله ولقد جاءك من نبإ المرسلين وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُواْ عَلَى مَا كُذِّبُواْ وَأُوذُواْ حَتَّى أَتَاهُمْ نَصْرُنَا وَلاَ مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِ اللّهِ وَلَقدْ جَاءَكَ مِن نَّبَإِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And surely| كذبت - were rejected| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you,| فصبروا - but they were patient| على - over| ما - what| كذبوا - they were rejected| وأوذوا - and they were harmed| حتى - until| أتاهم - came to them| نصرنا - Our help.| ولا - And no| مبدل - one (can) alter| لكلمات - (the) words| الله - (of) Allah,| ولقد - and surely| جاءك - has come to you| من - of| نبإ - (the) news| المرسلين - (of) the Messengers.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:124] | Wa-itha jaat-hum ayatunqaloo lan nu/mina hatta nu/ta mithlama ootiya rusulu Allahi Allahu aAAlamu haythuyajAAalu risalatahu sayuseebu allatheenaajramoo sagharun AAinda Allahi waAAathabunshadeedun bima kanoo yamkuroona | وإذا جاءتهم آية قالوا لن نؤمن حتى نؤتى مثل ما أوتي رسل الله الله أعلم حيث يجعل رسالته سيصيب الذين أجرموا صغار عند الله وعذاب شديد بما كانوا يمكرون وَإِذَا جَاءَتْهُمْ آيَةٌ قَالُواْ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ حَتَّى نُؤْتَى مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ رُسُلُ اللّهِ اللّهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُ سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُواْ صَغَارٌ عِندَ اللّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَمْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| جاءتهم - comes to them| آية - a Sign| قالوا - they say,| لن - "Never| نؤمن - we will believe| حتى - until| نؤتى - we are given| مثل - like| ما - what| أوتي - was given| رسل - (to the) Messengers| الله - (of) Allah."| الله - Allah| أعلم - knows best| حيث - where| يجعل - He places| رسالته - His Message.| سيصيب - Will afflict| الذين - those who| أجرموا - committed crimes| صغار - a humiliation| عند - from| الله - Allah| وعذاب - and a punishment| شديد - severe| بما - for what| كانوا - they used to| يمكرون - plot.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:130] | Ya maAAshara aljinni waal-insialam ya/tikum rusulun minkum yaqussoona AAalaykum ayateewayunthiroonakum liqaa yawmikum hatha qalooshahidna AAala anfusina wagharrat-humu alhayatualddunya washahidoo AAala anfusihim annahumkanoo kafireena | يا معشر الجن والإنس ألم يأتكم رسل منكم يقصون عليكم آياتي وينذرونكم لقاء يومكم هذا قالوا شهدنا على أنفسنا وغرتهم الحياة الدنيا وشهدوا على أنفسهم أنهم كانوا كافرين يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَـذَا قَالُواْ شَهِدْنَا عَلَى أَنفُسِنَا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَشَهِدُواْ عَلَى أَنفُسِهِمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| معشر - O assembly| الجن - (of) [the] jinn| والإنس - and [the] men!| ألم - Did (there) not| يأتكم - come to you| رسل - Messengers| منكم - from (among) you,| يقصون - relating| عليكم - to you| آياتي - My Verses| وينذرونكم - and warning you| لقاء - (of the) meeting| يومكم - (of) your day,| هذا - this?"| قالوا - They will say,| شهدنا - "We bear witness| على - against| أنفسنا - ourselves."| وغرتهم - And deluded them| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| وشهدوا - and they will bear witness| على - against| أنفسهم - themselves| أنهم - that they| كانوا - were| كافرين - disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 6 [7:35] | Ya banee adama immaya/tiyannakum rusulun minkum yaqussoona AAalaykum ayateefamani ittaqa waaslaha fala khawfunAAalayhim wala hum yahzanoona | يا بني آدم إما يأتينكم رسل منكم يقصون عليكم آياتي فمن اتقى وأصلح فلا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنون يَا بَنِي آدَمَ إِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَقُصُّونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِي فَمَنِ اتَّقَى وَأَصْلَحَ فَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| بني - O Children| آدم - (of) Adam!| إما - If| يأتينكم - come to you| رسل - Messengers| منكم - from you| يقصون - relating| عليكم - to you| آياتي - My Verses,| فمن - then whoever| اتقى - fears Allah,| وأصلح - and reforms,| فلا - then no| خوف - fear| عليهم - on them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحزنون - will grieve.| | ||||||
| 7 [7:43] | WanazaAAna ma fee sudoorihimmin ghillin tajree min tahtihimu al-anharu waqalooalhamdu lillahi allathee hadanalihatha wama kunna linahtadiya lawlaan hadana Allahu laqad jaat rusulurabbina bialhaqqi wanoodoo an tilkumualjannatu oorithtumooha bima kuntum taAAmaloona | ونزعنا ما في صدورهم من غل تجري من تحتهم الأنهار وقالوا الحمد لله الذي هدانا لهذا وما كنا لنهتدي لولا أن هدانا الله لقد جاءت رسل ربنا بالحق ونودوا أن تلكم الجنة أورثتموها بما كنتم تعملون وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِم مِّنْ غِلٍّ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهِمُ الْأَنْهَارُ وَقَالُواْ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَـذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلاَ أَنْ هَدَانَا اللّهُ لَقَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَنُودُواْ أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ونزعنا - And We will remove| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| صدورهم - their breasts| من - of| غل - malice.| تجري - Flows| من - from| تحتهم - underneath them| الأنهار - the rivers.| وقالوا - And they will say,| الحمد - "All the praise| لله - (is) for Allah,| الذي - the One Who| هدانا - guided us| لهذا - to this,| وما - and not| كنا - we were| لنهتدي - to receive guidance| لولا - if not| أن - [that]| هدانا - (had) guided us| الله - Allah.| لقد - Certainly,| جاءت - came| رسل - Messengers| ربنا - (of) our Lord| بالحق - with the truth."| ونودوا - And they will be addressed,| أن - [that]| تلكم - "This| الجنة - (is) Paradise,| أورثتموها - you have been made to inherit it| بما - for what| كنتم - you used to| تعملون - do."| | ||||||
| 8 [7:53] | Hal yanthuroona illata/weelahu yawma ya/tee ta/weeluhu yaqoolu allatheenanasoohu min qablu qad jaat rusulu rabbina bialhaqqifahal lana min shufaAAaa fayashfaAAoo lanaaw nuraddu fanaAAmala ghayra allathee kunnanaAAmalu qad khasiroo anfusahum wadalla AAanhum makanoo yaftaroona | هل ينظرون إلا تأويله يوم يأتي تأويله يقول الذين نسوه من قبل قد جاءت رسل ربنا بالحق فهل لنا من شفعاء فيشفعوا لنا أو نرد فنعمل غير الذي كنا نعمل قد خسروا أنفسهم وضل عنهم ما كانوا يفترون هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلاَّ تَأْوِيلَهُ يَوْمَ يَأْتِي تَأْوِيلُهُ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ نَسُوهُ مِن قَبْلُ قَدْ جَاءَتْ رُسُلُ رَبِّنَا بِالْحَقِّ فَهَل لَّنَا مِن شُفَعَاءَ فَيَشْفَعُواْ لَنَا أَوْ نُرَدُّ فَنَعْمَلَ غَيْرَ الَّذِي كُنَّا نَعْمَلُ قَدْ خَسِرُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يَفْتَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |هل - Do| ينظرون - they wait| إلا - except| تأويله - (for) its fulfillment| يوم - (The) Day| يأتي - (will) come| تأويله - its fulfillment,| يقول - will say| الذين - those who| نسوه - had forgotten it| من - from| قبل - before,| قد - "Verily| جاءت - had come| رسل - (the) Messengers| ربنا - (of) our Lord| بالحق - with the truth,| فهل - so are (there)| لنا - for us| من - any| شفعاء - intercessors| فيشفعوا - so (that) they intercede| لنا - for us| أو - or| نرد - we are sent back| فنعمل - so (that) we do (deeds)| غير - other than| الذي - that which| كنا - we used to| نعمل - do."| قد - Verily,| خسروا - they lost| أنفسهم - themselves,| وضل - and strayed| عنهم - from them| ما - what| كانوا - they used to| يفترون - invent.| | ||||||
| 9 [11:81] | Qaloo ya lootu innarusulu rabbika lan yasiloo ilayka faasri bi-ahlika biqitAAinmina allayli wala yaltafit minkum ahadun illaimraataka innahu museebuha ma asabahuminna mawAAidahumu alssubhu alaysa alssubhubiqareebin | قالوا يا لوط إنا رسل ربك لن يصلوا إليك فأسر بأهلك بقطع من الليل ولا يلتفت منكم أحد إلا امرأتك إنه مصيبها ما أصابهم إن موعدهم الصبح أليس الصبح بقريب قَالُواْ يَا لُوطُ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَن يَصِلُواْ إِلَيْكَ فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ وَلاَ يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَكَ إِنَّهُ مُصِيبُهَا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ إِنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| يا - O| لوط - "O Lut!| إنا - Indeed, we| رسل - (are) messengers| ربك - (of) your Lord,| لن - never| يصلوا - they will reach| إليك - you.| فأسر - So travel| بأهلك - with your family| بقطع - in a part| من - of| الليل - the night| ولا - and (let) not| يلتفت - look back| منكم - anyone of you,| أحد - anyone of you,| إلا - except| امرأتك - your wife.| إنه - Indeed, it| مصيبها - will strike her| ما - what| أصابهم - will strike them.| إن - Indeed,| موعدهم - their appointed time| الصبح - (is) morning.| أليس - Is not| الصبح - the morning| بقريب - near?"| | ||||||
| 10 [35:4] | Wa-in yukaththibooka faqad kuththibatrusulun min qablika wa-ila Allahi turjaAAu al-omooru | وإن يكذبوك فقد كذبت رسل من قبلك وإلى الله ترجع الأمور وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| يكذبوك - they deny you,| فقد - then certainly| كذبت - were denied| رسل - Messengers| من - before you.| قبلك - before you.| وإلى - And to| الله - Allah| ترجع - return| الأمور - the matters.| | ||||||
| 11 [39:71] | Waseeqa allatheena kafaroo ilajahannama zumaran hatta itha jaoohafutihat abwabuha waqala lahumkhazanatuha alam ya/tikum rusulun minkum yatloonaAAalaykum ayati rabbikum wayunthiroonakumliqaa yawmikum hatha qaloo bala walakinhaqqat kalimatu alAAathabi AAala alkafireena | وسيق الذين كفروا إلى جهنم زمرا حتى إذا جاءوها فتحت أبوابها وقال لهم خزنتها ألم يأتكم رسل منكم يتلون عليكم آيات ربكم وينذرونكم لقاء يومكم هذا قالوا بلى ولكن حقت كلمة العذاب على الكافرين وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاءَ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا قَالُوا بَلَى وَلَكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وسيق - And (will) be driven| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve| إلى - to| جهنم - Hell| زمرا - (in) groups| حتى - until| إذا - when| جاءوها - they reach it,| فتحت - (will) be opened| أبوابها - its gates| وقال - and (will) say| لهم - to them| خزنتها - its keepers,| ألم - "Did not| يأتكم - come to you| رسل - Messengers| منكم - from you| يتلون - reciting| عليكم - to you| آيات - (the) Verses| ربكم - (of) your Lord| وينذرونكم - and warning you| لقاء - (of the) meeting| يومكم - (of) your Day| هذا - this?"| قالوا - They (will) say,| بلى - "Yes!"| ولكن - But| حقت - has been justified| كلمة - (the) word| العذاب - (of) punishment| على - against| الكافرين - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
