| 1 [9:122] | Wama kana almu/minoonaliyanfiroo kaffatan falawla nafara min kullifirqatin minhum ta-ifatun liyatafaqqahoo fee alddeeniwaliyunthiroo qawmahum itha rajaAAoo ilayhimlaAAallahum yahtharoona |  وما كان المؤمنون لينفروا كافة فلولا نفر من كل فرقة منهم طائفة ليتفقهوا في الدين ولينذروا قومهم إذا رجعوا إليهم لعلهم يحذرونوَمَا كَانَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنفِرُواْ كَآفَّةً فَلَوْلاَ نَفَرَ مِن كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ لِّيَتَفَقَّهُواْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلِيُنذِرُواْ قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُواْ إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - is| المؤمنون - (for) the believers| لينفروا - that they go forth| كافة - all together.| فلولا - So if not| نفر - go forth| من - from| كل - every| فرقة - group| منهم - among them| طائفة - a party| ليتفقهوا - that they may obtain understanding| في - in| الدين - the religion,| ولينذروا - and that they may warn| قومهم - their people| إذا - when| رجعوا - they return| إليهم - to them,| لعلهم - so that they may| يحذرون - beware.| | ||||||
| 2 [12:63] | Falamma rajaAAoo ila abeehim qalooya abana muniAAa minna alkaylufaarsil maAAana akhana naktal wa-innalahu lahafithoona | فلما رجعوا إلى أبيهم قالوا يا أبانا منع منا الكيل فأرسل معنا أخانا نكتل وإنا له لحافظون فَلَمَّا رَجَعُوا إِلَى أَبِيهِمْ قَالُواْ يَا أَبَانَا مُنِعَ مِنَّا الْكَيْلُ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا أَخَانَا نَكْتَلْ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| رجعوا - they returned| إلى - to| أبيهم - their father,| قالوا - they said,| يا - O| أبانا - "O our father!| منع - Has been denied| منا - to us| الكيل - the measure,| فأرسل - so send| معنا - with us| أخانا - our brother| نكتل - (that) we will get measure.| وإنا - And indeed, we| له - for him| لحافظون - (will) surely (be) guardians."| | ||||||
