| 1 [11:119] | Illa man rahima rabbuka walithalikakhalaqahum watammat kalimatu rabbika laamlaanna jahannama minaaljinnati waalnnasi ajmaAAeena |  إلا من رحم ربك ولذلك خلقهم وتمت كلمة ربك لأملأن جهنم من الجنة والناس أجمعينإِلاَّ مَن رَّحِمَ رَبُّكَ وَلِذَلِكَ خَلَقَهُمْ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأََمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ | |||||
| Words | |إلا - Except| من - (on) whom| رحم - your Lord has bestowed Mercy,| ربك - your Lord has bestowed Mercy,| ولذلك - and for that| خلقهم - He created them.| وتمت - And will be fulfilled| كلمة - (the) Word of your Lord,| ربك - (the) Word of your Lord,| لأملأن - "Surely I will fill| جهنم - Hell| من - with| الجنة - the Jinn| والناس - and the men| أجمعين - all together."| | ||||||
| 2 [41:15] | Faamma AAadun faistakbaroofee al-ardi bighayri alhaqqi waqaloo manashaddu minna quwwatan awa lam yaraw anna Allahaallathee khalaqahum huwa ashaddu minhum quwwatan wakanoobi-ayatina yajhadoona | فأما عاد فاستكبروا في الأرض بغير الحق وقالوا من أشد منا قوة أولم يروا أن الله الذي خلقهم هو أشد منهم قوة وكانوا بآياتنا يجحدون فَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَقَالُوا مَنْ أَشَدُّ مِنَّا قُوَّةً أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ الَّذِي خَلَقَهُمْ هُوَ أَشَدُّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَكَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فأما - Then as for| عاد - Aad,| فاستكبروا - they were arrogant| في - in| الأرض - the land| بغير - without| الحق - [the] right| وقالوا - and they said,| من - "Who| أشد - (is) mightier| منا - than us| قوة - (in) strength?"| أولم - Do not| يروا - they see| أن - that| الله - Allah,| الذي - the One Who| خلقهم - created them,| هو - He| أشد - (is) Mightier| منهم - than them| قوة - (in) strength?| وكانوا - But they used to,| بآياتنا - in Our Signs,| يجحدون - deny.| | ||||||
| 3 [43:19] | WajaAAaloo almala-ikata allatheenahum AAibadu alrrahmani inathanashahidoo khalqahum satuktabu shahadatuhum wayus-aloona | وجعلوا الملائكة الذين هم عباد الرحمن إناثا أشهدوا خلقهم ستكتب شهادتهم ويسألون وَجَعَلُوا الْمَلَائِكَةَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عِبَادُ الرَّحْمَنِ إِنَاثًا أَشَهِدُوا خَلْقَهُمْ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ وَيُسْأَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجعلوا - And they made,| الملائكة - the Angels,| الذين - those who| هم - themselves| عباد - (are) slaves| الرحمن - (of) the Most Gracious,| إناثا - females.| أشهدوا - Did they witness| خلقهم - their creation?| ستكتب - Will be recorded| شهادتهم - their testimony,| ويسألون - and they will be questioned.| | ||||||
| 4 [43:87] | Wala-in saaltahum man khalaqahumlayaqoolunna Allahu faanna yu/fakoona | ولئن سألتهم من خلقهم ليقولن الله فأنى يؤفكون وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ اللَّهُ فَأَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولئن - And if| سألتهم - you ask them| من - who| خلقهم - created them,| ليقولن - they will certainly say,| الله - "Allah."| فأنى - Then how| يؤفكون - are they deluded?| | ||||||
