| 1 [4:34] | Alrrijalu qawwamoonaAAala alnnisa-i bima faddalaAllahu baAAdahum AAala baAAdin wabimaanfaqoo min amwalihim faalssalihatu qanitatunhafithatun lilghaybi bima hafithaAllahu waallatee takhafoonanushoozahunna faAAithoohunna waohjuroohunnafee almadajiAAi waidriboohunna fa-in ataAAnakumfala tabghoo AAalayhinna sabeelan inna Allaha kanaAAaliyyan kabeeran |  الرجال قوامون على النساء بما فضل الله بعضهم على بعض وبما أنفقوا من أموالهم فالصالحات قانتات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فإن أطعنكم فلا تبغوا عليهن سبيلا إن الله كان عليا كبيراالرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُواْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّهُ وَاللاَّتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلاَ تَبْغُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلاً إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |الرجال - [The] men| قوامون - (are) protectors| على - of| النساء - the women| بما - because| فضل - (has) bestowed| الله - Allah| بعضهم - some of them| على - over| بعض - others| وبما - and because| أنفقوا - they spend| من - from| أموالهم - their wealth.| فالصالحات - So the righteous women| قانتات - (are) obedient,| حافظات - guarding| للغيب - in the unseen| بما - that which| حفظ - (orders) them to guard| الله - (by) Allah.| واللاتي - And those (from) whom| تخافون - you fear| نشوزهن - their ill-conduct| فعظوهن - then advise them,| واهجروهن - and forsake them| في - in| المضاجع - the bed| واضربوهن - and [finally] strike them.| فإن - Then if| أطعنكم - they obey you| فلا - then (do) not| تبغوا - seek| عليهن - against them| سبيلا - a way.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليا - Most High,| كبيرا - Most Great.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:81] | Wakayfa akhafu ma ashraktumwala takhafoona annakum ashraktum biAllahima lam yunazzil bihi AAalaykum sultanan faayyualfareeqayni ahaqqu bial-amni in kuntum taAAlamoona | وكيف أخاف ما أشركتم ولا تخافون أنكم أشركتم بالله ما لم ينزل به عليكم سلطانا فأي الفريقين أحق بالأمن إن كنتم تعلمون وَكَيْفَ أَخَافُ مَا أَشْرَكْتُمْ وَلاَ تَخَافُونَ أَنَّكُمْ أَشْرَكْتُم بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا فَأَيُّ الْفَرِيقَيْنِ أَحَقُّ بِالْأَمْنِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وكيف - And how| أخاف - could I fear| ما - what| أشركتم - you associate (with Allah)| ولا - while not| تخافون - you fear| أنكم - that you| أشركتم - have associated| بالله - with Allah| ما - what| لم - not| ينزل - did He send down| به - for it| عليكم - to you| سلطانا - any authority.| فأي - So which| الفريقين - (of) the two parties| أحق - has more right| بالأمن - to security| إن - if| كنتم - you| تعلمون - know?"| | ||||||
| 3 [8:26] | Waothkuroo ith antumqaleelun mustadAAafoona fee al-ardi takhafoonaan yatakhattafakumu alnnasu faawakumwaayyadakum binasrihi warazaqakum mina alttayyibatilaAAallakum tashkuroona | واذكروا إذ أنتم قليل مستضعفون في الأرض تخافون أن يتخطفكم الناس فآواكم وأيدكم بنصره ورزقكم من الطيبات لعلكم تشكرون وَاذْكُرُواْ إِذْ أَنتُمْ قَلِيلٌ مُّسْتَضْعَفُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَخَافُونَ أَن يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ النَّاسُ فَآوَاكُمْ وَأَيَّدَكُم بِنَصْرِهِ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واذكروا - And remember| إذ - when| أنتم - you| قليل - (were) few| مستضعفون - (and) deemed weak| في - in| الأرض - the earth| تخافون - fearing| أن - that| يتخطفكم - might do away with you| الناس - the men,| فآواكم - then He sheltered you,| وأيدكم - and strengthened you| بنصره - with His help,| ورزقكم - and provided you| من - of| الطيبات - the good things| لعلكم - so that you may| تشكرون - (be) thankful.| | ||||||
| 4 [48:27] | Laqad sadaqa Allahu rasoolahualrru/ya bialhaqqi latadkhulunnaalmasjida alharama in shaa Allahu amineenamuhalliqeena ruoosakum wamuqassireena latakhafoona faAAalima ma lam taAAlamoo fajaAAala mindooni thalika fathan qareeban | لقد صدق الله رسوله الرؤيا بالحق لتدخلن المسجد الحرام إن شاء الله آمنين محلقين رءوسكم ومقصرين لا تخافون فعلم ما لم تعلموا فجعل من دون ذلك فتحا قريبا لَقَدْ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ رَسُولَهُ الرُّؤْيَا بِالْحَقِّ لَتَدْخُلُنَّ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ آمِنِينَ مُحَلِّقِينَ رُؤُوسَكُمْ وَمُقَصِّرِينَ لَا تَخَافُونَ فَعَلِمَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمُوا فَجَعَلَ مِن دُونِ ذَلِكَ فَتْحًا قَرِيبًا | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly,| صدق - Allah has fulfilled| الله - Allah has fulfilled| رسوله - His Messenger's| الرؤيا - vision| بالحق - in truth.| لتدخلن - Surely, you will enter| المسجد - Al-Masjid Al-Haraam| الحرام - Al-Masjid Al-Haraam| إن - if| شاء - Allah wills,| الله - Allah wills,| آمنين - secure,| محلقين - having shaved| رءوسكم - your heads| ومقصرين - and shortened,| لا - not| تخافون - fearing.| فعلم - But He knew| ما - what| لم - not| تعلموا - you knew,| فجعل - and He made| من - besides| دون - besides| ذلك - that| فتحا - a victory| قريبا - near.| | ||||||
