| 1 [3:126] | Wama jaAAalahu Allahu illabushra lakum walitatma-inna quloobukum bihi wamaalnnasru illa min AAindi AllahialAAazeezi alhakeemi |  وما جعله الله إلا بشرى لكم ولتطمئن قلوبكم به وما النصر إلا من عند الله العزيز الحكيموَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللّهُ إِلاَّ بُشْرَى لَكُمْ وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُكُم بِهِ وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ مِنْ عِندِ اللّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| جعله - made it| الله - Allah| إلا - except| بشرى - (as) good news| لكم - for you| ولتطمئن - and to reassure| قلوبكم - your hearts| به - with it.| وما - And (there is) no| النصر - [the] victory| إلا - except| من - from| عند - [near]| الله - Allah,| العزيز - the All-Mighty,| الحكيم - the All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 2 [8:10] | Wama jaAAalahu Allahu illabushra walitatma-inna bihi quloobukum wama alnnasruilla min AAindi Allahi inna Allaha AAazeezunhakeemun | وما جعله الله إلا بشرى ولتطمئن به قلوبكم وما النصر إلا من عند الله إن الله عزيز حكيم وَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللّهُ إِلاَّ بُشْرَى وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ بِهِ قُلُوبُكُمْ وَمَا النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ مِنْ عِندِ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| جعله - (it was) made| الله - (by) Allah| إلا - but| بشرى - good tidings| ولتطمئن - and so that might be at rest| به - with it| قلوبكم - your hearts.| وما - And (there is) no| النصر - [the] victory| إلا - except| من - from| عند - [of]| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| عزيز - (is) All-Mighty,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 3 [12:19] | Wajaat sayyaratun faarsaloo waridahumfaadla dalwahu qala ya bushra hathaghulamun waasarroohu bidaAAatan waAllahuAAaleemun bima yaAAmaloona | وجاءت سيارة فأرسلوا واردهم فأدلى دلوه قال يا بشرى هذا غلام وأسروه بضاعة والله عليم بما يعملون وَجَاءَتْ سَيَّارَةٌ فَأَرْسَلُواْ وَارِدَهُمْ فَأَدْلَى دَلْوَهُ قَالَ يَا بُشْرَى هَـذَا غُلاَمٌ وَأَسَرُّوهُ بِضَاعَةً وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجاءت - And there came| سيارة - a caravan| فأرسلوا - and they sent| واردهم - their water drawer| فأدلى - then he let down| دلوه - his bucket.| قال - He said,| يا - O| بشرى - "O good news!| هذا - This| غلام - (is) a boy."| وأسروه - And they hid him| بضاعة - (as) a merchandise.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بما - of what| يعملون - they do.| | ||||||
| 4 [25:22] | Yawma yarawna almala-ikata labushra yawma-ithin lilmujrimeena wayaqooloona hijranmahjooran | يوم يرون الملائكة لا بشرى يومئذ للمجرمين ويقولون حجرا محجورا يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا بُشْرَى يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ وَيَقُولُونَ حِجْرًا مَّحْجُورًا | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (The) Day| يرون - they see| الملائكة - the Angels,| لا - no| بشرى - glad tidings| يومئذ - (will be) that Day| للمجرمين - for the criminals,| ويقولون - and they will say,| حجرا - "A partition| محجورا - forbidden."| | ||||||
