| 1 [6:1] | Alhamdu lillahi allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardawajaAAala alththulumati waalnnoorathumma allatheena kafaroo birabbihim yaAAdiloona |  الحمد لله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض وجعل الظلمات والنور ثم الذين كفروا بربهم يعدلونالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَالنُّورَ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِم يَعْدِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الحمد - (All) the praises and thanks| لله - (be) to Allah,| الذي - the One Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| وجعل - and made| الظلمات - the darkness[es]| والنور - and the light.| ثم - Then| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| بربهم - in their Lord| يعدلون - equate others with Him.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:150] | Qul halumma shuhadaakumu allatheenayashhadoona anna Allaha harrama hatha fa-inshahidoo fala tashhad maAAahum wala tattabiAA ahwaaallatheena kaththaboo bi-ayatinawaallatheena la yu/minoona bial-akhiratiwahum birabbihim yaAAdiloona | قل هلم شهداءكم الذين يشهدون أن الله حرم هذا فإن شهدوا فلا تشهد معهم ولا تتبع أهواء الذين كذبوا بآياتنا والذين لا يؤمنون بالآخرة وهم بربهم يعدلون قُلْ هَلُمَّ شُهَدَاءَكُمُ الَّذِينَ يَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ اللّهَ حَرَّمَ هَـذَا فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَلاَ تَشْهَدْ مَعَهُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ وَهُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| هلم - "Bring forward| شهداءكم - your witnesses,| الذين - those who| يشهدون - testify| أن - that| الله - Allah| حرم - prohibited| هذا - this."| فإن - Then if| شهدوا - they testify| فلا - then (do) not| تشهد - testify| معهم - with them.| ولا - And (do) not| تتبع - follow| أهواء - (the) desires| الذين - (of) those who| كذبوا - denied| بآياتنا - Our Signs| والذين - and those who| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe| بالآخرة - in the Hereafter,| وهم - while they| بربهم - with their Lord| يعدلون - set up equals.| | ||||||
| 3 [13:5] | Wa-in taAAjab faAAajabun qawluhum a-ithakunna turaban a-inna lafee khalqin jadeedinola-ika allatheena kafaroo birabbihim waola-ikaal-aghlalu fee aAAnaqihim waola-ika as-habualnnari hum feeha khalidoona | وإن تعجب فعجب قولهم أإذا كنا ترابا أإنا لفي خلق جديد أولئك الذين كفروا بربهم وأولئك الأغلال في أعناقهم وأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون وَإِن تَعْجَبْ فَعَجَبٌ قَوْلُهُمْ أَئِذَا كُنَّا تُرَابًا أَئِنَّا لَفِي خَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ وَأُوْلَئِكَ الْأَغْلاَلُ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| تعجب - you (are) astonished,| فعجب - then astonishing| قولهم - (is) their saying,| أإذا - "When| كنا - we are| ترابا - dust,| أإنا - will we| لفي - (be) indeed, in| خلق - a creation| جديد - new?"| أولئك - Those| الذين - (are) the ones who| كفروا - disbelieved| بربهم - in their Lord,| وأولئك - and those| الأغلال - the iron chains| في - (will be) in| أعناقهم - their necks,| وأولئك - those| أصحاب - (are the) companions| النار - (of) the Fire,| هم - they| فيها - in it| خالدون - (will) abide forever.| | ||||||
| 4 [14:18] | Mathalu allatheena kafaroo birabbihimaAAmaluhum karamadin ishtaddat bihi alrreehufee yawmin AAasifin la yaqdiroona mimmakasaboo AAala shay-in thalika huwa alddalalualbaAAeedu | مثل الذين كفروا بربهم أعمالهم كرماد اشتدت به الريح في يوم عاصف لا يقدرون مما كسبوا على شيء ذلك هو الضلال البعيد مَّثَلُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ اشْتَدَّتْ بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ لاَّ يَقْدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُواْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلاَلُ الْبَعِيدُ | |||||
| Words | |مثل - (The) example| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| بربهم - in their Lord,| أعمالهم - their deeds| كرماد - (are) like ashes| اشتدت - blows furiously| به - on it| الريح - the wind| في - in| يوم - a day| عاصف - stormy.| لا - No| يقدرون - control (they have)| مما - of what| كسبوا - they have earned| على - on| شيء - anything.| ذلك - That,| هو - [it]| الضلال - (is) the straying| البعيد - far.| | ||||||
| 5 [16:54] | Thumma itha kashafa alddurraAAankum itha fareequn minkum birabbihim yushrikoona | ثم إذا كشف الضر عنكم إذا فريق منكم بربهم يشركون ثُمَّ إِذَا كَشَفَ الضُّرَّ عَنكُمْ إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنكُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| إذا - when| كشف - He removes| الضر - the adversity| عنكم - from you,| إذا - behold!| فريق - A group| منكم - of you| بربهم - with their Lord| يشركون - associate others,| | ||||||
| 6 [18:13] | Nahnu naqussu AAalaykanabaahum bialhaqqi innahum fityatun amanoobirabbihim wazidnahum hudan | نحن نقص عليك نبأهم بالحق إنهم فتية آمنوا بربهم وزدناهم هدى نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ نَبَأَهُم بِالْحَقِّ إِنَّهُمْ فِتْيَةٌ آمَنُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ وَزِدْنَاهُمْ هُدًى | |||||
| Words | |نحن - We| نقص - narrate| عليك - to you| نبأهم - their story| بالحق - in truth.| إنهم - Indeed, they (were)| فتية - youths| آمنوا - who believed| بربهم - in their Lord,| وزدناهم - and We increased them| هدى - (in) guidance.| | ||||||
| 7 [23:59] | Waallatheena hum birabbihim layushrikoona | والذين هم بربهم لا يشركون وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِرَبِّهِمْ لَا يُشْرِكُونَ | |||||

| 8 [30:33] | Wa-itha massa alnnasa durrundaAAaw rabbahum muneebeena ilayhi thumma itha athaqahumminhu rahmatan itha fareequn minhum birabbihimyushrikoona | وإذا مس الناس ضر دعوا ربهم منيبين إليه ثم إذا أذاقهم منه رحمة إذا فريق منهم بربهم يشركون وَإِذَا مَسَّ النَّاسَ ضُرٌّ دَعَوْا رَبَّهُم مُّنِيبِينَ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا أَذَاقَهُم مِّنْهُ رَحْمَةً إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم بِرَبِّهِمْ يُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| مس - touches| الناس - people| ضر - hardship,| دعوا - they call| ربهم - their Lord| منيبين - turning| إليه - to Him.| ثم - Then| إذا - when| أذاقهم - He causes them to taste| منه - from Him| رحمة - Mercy| إذا - behold!| فريق - A party| منهم - of them| بربهم - with their Lord| يشركون - associate partners| | ||||||
| 9 [67:6] | Walillatheena kafaroo birabbihim AAathabujahannama wabi/sa almaseeru | وللذين كفروا بربهم عذاب جهنم وبئس المصير وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |وللذين - And for those who| كفروا - disbelieved| بربهم - in their Lord| عذاب - (is the) punishment| جهنم - (of) Hell,| وبئس - and wretched is| المصير - the destination.| | ||||||
