| 1 [4:86] | Wa-itha huyyeetum bitahiyyatinfahayyoo bi-ahsana minha aw ruddoohainna Allaha kana AAala kulli shay-in haseeban |  وإذا حييتم بتحية فحيوا بأحسن منها أو ردوها إن الله كان على كل شيء حسيباوَإِذَا حُيِّيْتُم بِتَحِيَّةٍ فَحَيُّواْ بِأَحْسَنَ مِنْهَا أَوْ رُدُّوهَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَسِيبًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| حييتم - you are greeted| بتحية - with a greeting,| فحيوا - then greet| بأحسن - with better| منها - than it| أو - or| ردوها - return it.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| على - of| كل - every| شيء - thing| حسيبا - an Accountant.| | ||||||
| 2 [16:96] | Ma AAindakum yanfadu wamaAAinda Allahi baqin walanajziyanna allatheenasabaroo ajrahum bi-ahsani ma kanooyaAAmaloona | ما عندكم ينفد وما عند الله باق ولنجزين الذين صبروا أجرهم بأحسن ما كانوا يعملون مَا عِندَكُمْ يَنفَدُ وَمَا عِندَ اللّهِ بَاقٍ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّ الَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ما - Whatever| عندكم - (is) with you| ينفد - will be exhausted,| وما - and whatever| عند - (is) with| الله - Allah| باق - (will) be remaining.| ولنجزين - And surely We will pay| الذين - those who| صبروا - (are) patient| أجرهم - their reward| بأحسن - to (the) best| ما - (of) what| كانوا - they used (to)| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 3 [16:97] | Man AAamila salihan min thakarinaw ontha wahuwa mu/minun falanuhyiyannahu hayatantayyibatan walanajziyannahum ajrahum bi-ahsani makanoo yaAAmaloona | من عمل صالحا من ذكر أو أنثى وهو مؤمن فلنحيينه حياة طيبة ولنجزينهم أجرهم بأحسن ما كانوا يعملون مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |من - Whoever| عمل - does| صالحا - righteous deeds| من - whether| ذكر - male| أو - or| أنثى - female| وهو - while he| مؤمن - (is) a believer,| فلنحيينه - then surely We will give him life,| حياة - a life| طيبة - good,| ولنجزينهم - and We will pay them| أجرهم - their reward| بأحسن - to (the) best| ما - of what| كانوا - they used (to)| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 4 [39:35] | Liyukaffira Allahu AAanhum aswaa allatheeAAamiloo wayajziyahum ajrahum bi-ahsani allathee kanooyaAAmaloona | ليكفر الله عنهم أسوأ الذي عملوا ويجزيهم أجرهم بأحسن الذي كانوا يعملون لِيُكَفِّرَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَسْوَأَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ الَّذِي كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
