| 1 [4:23] | Hurrimat AAalaykum ommahatukumwabanatukum waakhawatukum waAAammatukum wakhalatukumwabanatu al-akhi wabanatu al-okhti waommahatukumuallatee ardaAAnakum waakhawatukum mina alrradaAAatiwaommahatu nisa-ikum waraba-ibukumu allateefee hujoorikum min nisa-ikumu allateedakhaltum bihinna fa-in lam takoonoo dakhaltum bihinna falajunaha AAalaykum wahala-ilu abna-ikumuallatheena min aslabikum waan tajmaAAoobayna al-okhtayni illa ma qad salafa inna Allahakana ghafooran raheeman |  حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم وبناتكم وأخواتكم وعماتكم وخالاتكم وبنات الأخ وبنات الأخت وأمهاتكم اللاتي أرضعنكم وأخواتكم من الرضاعة وأمهات نسائكم وربائبكم اللاتي في حجوركم من نسائكم اللاتي دخلتم بهن فإن لم تكونوا دخلتم بهن فلا جناح عليكم وحلائل أبنائكم الذين من أصلابكم وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين إلا ما قد سلف إن الله كان غفورا رحيماحُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالاَتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللاَّتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُم مِّنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَآئِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللاَّتِي فِي حُجُورِكُم مِّن نِّسَآئِكُمُ اللاَّتِي دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَإِن لَّمْ تَكُونُواْ دَخَلْتُم بِهِنَّ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلاَئِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِكُمْ وَأَن تَجْمَعُواْ بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إَلاَّ مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |حرمت - Forbidden| عليكم - to you| أمهاتكم - (are) your mothers| وبناتكم - and your daughters| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| وعماتكم - and your father's sisters| وخالاتكم - and your mother's sisters| وبنات - and daughters| الأخ - (of) brothers,| وبنات - and daughters| الأخت - (of) sisters| وأمهاتكم - and (the) mothers| اللاتي - who| أرضعنكم - nursed you| وأخواتكم - and your sisters| من - from| الرضاعة - the nursing| وأمهات - and mothers| نسائكم - (of) your wives| وربائبكم - and your step daughters| اللاتي - who| في - (are) in| حجوركم - your guardianship| من - of| نسائكم - your women| اللاتي - whom| دخلتم - you had relations| بهن - with them,| فإن - but if| لم - not| تكونوا - you had| دخلتم - relations| بهن - with them,| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليكم - on you.| وحلائل - And wives| أبنائكم - (of) your sons,| الذين - those who| من - (are) from| أصلابكم - your loins| وأن - and that| تجمعوا - you gather together| بين - [between]| الأختين - two sisters| إلا - except| ما - what| قد - has| سلف - passed before.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most-Merciful.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:127] | Wayastaftoonaka fee alnnisa-iquli Allahu yufteekum feehinna wama yutlaAAalaykum fee alkitabi fee yatama alnnisa-iallatee la tu/toonahunna ma kutiba lahunnawatarghaboona an tankihoohunna waalmustadAAafeenamina alwildani waan taqoomoo lilyatama bialqistiwama tafAAaloo min khayrin fa-inna Allaha kanabihi AAaleeman | ويستفتونك في النساء قل الله يفتيكم فيهن وما يتلى عليكم في الكتاب في يتامى النساء اللاتي لا تؤتونهن ما كتب لهن وترغبون أن تنكحوهن والمستضعفين من الولدان وأن تقوموا لليتامى بالقسط وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله كان به عليما وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ الَّاتِي لاَ تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلْيَتَامَى بِالْقِسْطِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ويستفتونك - And they seek your ruling| في - concerning| النساء - the women.| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| يفتيكم - gives you the ruling| فيهن - about them| وما - and what| يتلى - is recited| عليكم - to you| في - in| الكتاب - the Book| في - concerning| يتامى - orphans| النساء - (of) girls| اللاتي - (to) whom| لا - not| تؤتونهن - (do) you give them| ما - what| كتب - is ordained| لهن - for them| وترغبون - and you desire| أن - to| تنكحوهن - marry them,| والمستضعفين - and the ones who are weak| من - of| الولدان - the children| وأن - and to| تقوموا - stand| لليتامى - for orphans| بالقسط - with justice.| وما - And whatever| تفعلوا - you do| من - of| خير - good| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| به - about it| عليما - All-Knowing.| | ||||||
| 3 [12:50] | Waqala almaliku i/toonee bihi falammajaahu alrrasoolu qala irjiAA ilarabbika fais-alhu ma balu alnniswatiallatee qattaAAna aydiyahunna inna rabbeebikaydihinna AAaleemun | وقال الملك ائتوني به فلما جاءه الرسول قال ارجع إلى ربك فاسأله ما بال النسوة اللاتي قطعن أيديهن إن ربي بكيدهن عليم وَقَالَ الْمَلِكُ ائْتُونِي بِهِ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُ الرَّسُولُ قَالَ ارْجِعْ إِلَى رَبِّكَ فَاسْأَلْهُ مَا بَالُ النِّسْوَةِ اللاَّتِي قَطَّعْنَ أَيْدِيَهُنَّ إِنَّ رَبِّي بِكَيْدِهِنَّ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And said| الملك - the king,| ائتوني - "Bring him to me."| به - "Bring him to me."| فلما - But when| جاءه - came to him| الرسول - the messenger,| قال - he said,| ارجع - "Return| إلى - to| ربك - your lord,| فاسأله - and ask him| ما - what| بال - (is the) case| النسوة - (of) the women| اللاتي - who| قطعن - cut| أيديهن - their hands.| إن - Indeed,| ربي - my Lord| بكيدهن - of their plot| عليم - (is) All-Knower."| | ||||||
| 4 [24:60] | WaalqawaAAidu mina alnnisa-iallatee la yarjoona nikahan falaysaAAalayhinna junahun an yadaAAna thiyabahunnaghayra mutabarrijatin bizeenatin waan yastaAAfifna khayrunlahunna waAllahu sameeAAun AAaleemun | والقواعد من النساء اللاتي لا يرجون نكاحا فليس عليهن جناح أن يضعن ثيابهن غير متبرجات بزينة وأن يستعففن خير لهن والله سميع عليم وَالْقَوَاعِدُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ اللَّاتِي لَا يَرْجُونَ نِكَاحًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ أَن يَضَعْنَ ثِيَابَهُنَّ غَيْرَ مُتَبَرِّجَاتٍ بِزِينَةٍ وَأَن يَسْتَعْفِفْنَ خَيْرٌ لَّهُنَّ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |والقواعد - And postmenopausal| من - among| النساء - the women| اللاتي - who| لا - (do) not| يرجون - have desire| نكاحا - (for) marriage,| فليس - then not is| عليهن - on them| جناح - any blame| أن - that| يضعن - they put aside| ثيابهن - their (outer) garments,| غير - not| متبرجات - displaying| بزينة - their adornment.| وأن - And that| يستعففن - they modestly refrain| خير - (is) better| لهن - for them.| والله - And Allah| سميع - (is) All-Hearer,| عليم - All-Knower.| | ||||||
| 5 [33:50] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyuinna ahlalna laka azwajaka allateeatayta ojoorahunna wama malakat yameenuka mimmaafaa Allahu AAalayka wabanati AAammika wabanatiAAammatika wabanati khalika wabanatikhalatika allatee hajarna maAAaka waimraatanmu/minatan in wahabat nafsaha lilnnabiyyi in aradaalnnabiyyu an yastankihaha khalisatanlaka min dooni almu/mineena qad AAalimna ma faradnaAAalayhim fee azwajihim wama malakat aymanuhumlikayla yakoona AAalayka harajun wakana Allahughafooran raheeman | يا أيها النبي إنا أحللنا لك أزواجك اللاتي آتيت أجورهن وما ملكت يمينك مما أفاء الله عليك وبنات عمك وبنات عماتك وبنات خالك وبنات خالاتك اللاتي هاجرن معك وامرأة مؤمنة إن وهبت نفسها للنبي إن أراد النبي أن يستنكحها خالصة لك من دون المؤمنين قد علمنا ما فرضنا عليهم في أزواجهم وما ملكت أيمانهم لكيلا يكون عليك حرج وكان الله غفورا رحيما يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَحْلَلْنَا لَكَ أَزْوَاجَكَ اللَّاتِي آتَيْتَ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ مِمَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمِّكَ وَبَنَاتِ عَمَّاتِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالِكَ وَبَنَاتِ خَالَاتِكَ اللَّاتِي هَاجَرْنَ مَعَكَ وَامْرَأَةً مُّؤْمِنَةً إِن وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ إِنْ أَرَادَ النَّبِيُّ أَن يَسْتَنكِحَهَا خَالِصَةً لَّكَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي أَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ لِكَيْلَا يَكُونَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O Prophet!| النبي - O Prophet!| إنا - Indeed, We| أحللنا - [We] have made lawful| لك - to you| أزواجك - your wives| اللاتي - (to) whom| آتيت - you have given| أجورهن - their bridal money| وما - and whom| ملكت - you rightfully possess| يمينك - you rightfully possess| مما - from those (whom)| أفاء - Allah has given| الله - Allah has given| عليك - to you,| وبنات - and (the) daughters| عمك - (of) your paternal uncles| وبنات - and (the) daughters| عماتك - (of) your paternal aunts| وبنات - and (the) daughters| خالك - (of) your maternal uncles| وبنات - and (the) daughters| خالاتك - (of) your maternal aunts| اللاتي - who| هاجرن - emigrated| معك - with you,| وامرأة - and a woman| مؤمنة - believing| إن - if| وهبت - she gives| نفسها - herself| للنبي - to the Prophet| إن - if| أراد - wishes| النبي - the Prophet| أن - to| يستنكحها - marry her -| خالصة - only| لك - for you,| من - excluding| دون - excluding| المؤمنين - the believers.| قد - Certainly,| علمنا - We know| ما - what| فرضنا - We have made obligatory| عليهم - upon them| في - concerning| أزواجهم - their wives| وما - and whom| ملكت - they rightfully possess,| أيمانهم - they rightfully possess,| لكيلا - that not| يكون - should be| عليك - on you| حرج - any discomfort.| وكان - And Allah is| الله - And Allah is| غفورا - Oft-Forgiving,| رحيما - Most Merciful| | ||||||
