| 1 [3:53] | Rabbana amanna bimaanzalta waittabaAAna alrrasoola faoktubnamaAAa alshshahideena |  ربنا آمنا بما أنزلت واتبعنا الرسول فاكتبنا مع الشاهدينرَبَّنَا آمَنَّا بِمَا أَنزَلْتَ وَاتَّبَعْنَا الرَّسُولَ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ربنا - Our Lord,| آمنا - we believe[d]| بما - in what| أنزلت - You revealed| واتبعنا - and we follow[ed]| الرسول - the Messenger,| فاكتبنا - then write us| مع - among| الشاهدين - the witnesses."| | ||||||
| 2 [3:81] | Wa-ith akhatha Allahumeethaqa alnnabiyyeena lama ataytukummin kitabin wahikmatin thumma jaakumrasoolun musaddiqun lima maAAakum latu/minunna bihiwalatansurunnahu qala aaqrartum waakhathtumAAala thalikum isree qaloo aqrarnaqala faishhadoo waana maAAakum mina alshshahideena | وإذ أخذ الله ميثاق النبيين لما آتيتكم من كتاب وحكمة ثم جاءكم رسول مصدق لما معكم لتؤمنن به ولتنصرنه قال أأقررتم وأخذتم على ذلكم إصري قالوا أقررنا قال فاشهدوا وأنا معكم من الشاهدين وَإِذْ أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ لَمَا آتَيْتُكُم مِّن كِتَابٍ وَحِكْمَةٍ ثُمَّ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ لَتُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهِ وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُ قَالَ أَأَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَخَذْتُمْ عَلَى ذَلِكُمْ إِصْرِي قَالُواْ أَقْرَرْنَا قَالَ فَاشْهَدُواْ وَأَنَاْ مَعَكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| أخذ - took| الله - Allah| ميثاق - covenant| النبيين - (of) the Prophets,| لما - "Certainly, whatever| آتيتكم - I (have) given you| من - of| كتاب - (the) Book| وحكمة - and wisdom| ثم - then| جاءكم - comes to you| رسول - a Messenger| مصدق - confirming| لما - that which| معكم - (is) with you,| لتؤمنن - you must believe| به - in him| ولتنصرنه - and you must help him."| قال - He said,| أأقررتم - "Do you affirm| وأخذتم - and take| على - on| ذلكم - that (condition)| إصري - My Covenant?"| قالوا - They said,| أقررنا - "We affirm."| قال - He said,| فاشهدوا - "Then bear witness,| وأنا - and I (am)| معكم - with you| من - among| الشاهدين - the witnesses."| | ||||||
| 3 [5:83] | Wa-itha samiAAoo ma onzila ilaalrrasooli tara aAAyunahum tafeedu mina alddamAAimimma AAarafoo mina alhaqqi yaqooloona rabbanaamanna faoktubna maAAa alshshahideena | وإذا سمعوا ما أنزل إلى الرسول ترى أعينهم تفيض من الدمع مما عرفوا من الحق يقولون ربنا آمنا فاكتبنا مع الشاهدين وَإِذَا سَمِعُواْ مَا أُنزِلَ إِلَى الرَّسُولِ تَرَى أَعْيُنَهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ الدَّمْعِ مِمَّا عَرَفُواْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| سمعوا - they listen| ما - (to) what| أنزل - has been revealed| إلى - to| الرسول - the Messenger,| ترى - you see| أعينهم - their eyes| تفيض - overflowing| من - with| الدمع - the tears,| مما - for what| عرفوا - they recognized| من - of| الحق - the truth.| يقولون - They say,| ربنا - "Our Lord,| آمنا - we have believed| فاكتبنا - so write us| مع - with| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:113] | Qaloo nureedu an na/kula minhawatatma-inna quloobuna wanaAAlama an qad sadaqtanawanakoona AAalayha mina alshshahideena | قالوا نريد أن نأكل منها وتطمئن قلوبنا ونعلم أن قد صدقتنا ونكون عليها من الشاهدين قَالُواْ نُرِيدُ أَن نَّأْكُلَ مِنْهَا وَتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُنَا وَنَعْلَمَ أَن قَدْ صَدَقْتَنَا وَنَكُونَ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| نريد - "We wish| أن - that| نأكل - we eat| منها - from it| وتطمئن - and satisfy| قلوبنا - our hearts| ونعلم - and we know| أن - that| قد - certainly| صدقتنا - you have spoken the truth to us| ونكون - and we be| عليها - over it| من - among| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| | ||||||
| 5 [21:56] | Qala bal rabbukum rabbu alssamawatiwaal-ardi allathee fatarahunna waanaAAala thalikum mina alshshahideena | قال بل ربكم رب السماوات والأرض الذي فطرهن وأنا على ذلكم من الشاهدين قَالَ بَل رَّبُّكُمْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الَّذِي فَطَرَهُنَّ وَأَنَا عَلَى ذَلِكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| بل - "Nay,| ربكم - your Lord| رب - (is the) Lord| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| الذي - the One Who| فطرهن - created them| وأنا - and I am| على - to| ذلكم - that| من - of| الشاهدين - the witnesses.| | ||||||
| 6 [28:44] | Wama kunta bijanibialgharbiyyi ith qadayna ila moosaal-amra wama kunta mina alshshahideena | وما كنت بجانب الغربي إذ قضينا إلى موسى الأمر وما كنت من الشاهدين وَمَا كُنتَ بِجَانِبِ الْغَرْبِيِّ إِذْ قَضَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى الْأَمْرَ وَمَا كُنتَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ | |||||
