| 1 [3:14] | Zuyyina lilnnasi hubbualshshahawati mina alnnisa-i waalbaneenawaalqanateeri almuqantarati mina alththahabiwaalfiddati waalkhayli almusawwamati waal-anAAamiwaalharthi thalika mataAAu alhayatialddunya waAllahu AAindahu husnualmaabi |  زين للناس حب الشهوات من النساء والبنين والقناطير المقنطرة من الذهب والفضة والخيل المسومة والأنعام والحرث ذلك متاع الحياة الدنيا والله عنده حسن المآبزُيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ حُبُّ الشَّهَوَاتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ وَالْقَنَاطِيرِ الْمُقَنطَرَةِ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ وَالْخَيْلِ الْمُسَوَّمَةِ وَالْأَنْعَامِ وَالْحَرْثِ ذَلِكَ مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَاللّهُ عِندَهُ حُسْنُ الْمَآبِ | |||||
| Words | |زين - Beautified| للناس - for mankind| حب - (is) love| الشهوات - (of) the (things they) desire -| من - of| النساء - [the] women| والبنين - and [the] sons| والقناطير - and [the] heaps| المقنطرة - [the] stored up| من - of| الذهب - [the] gold| والفضة - and [the] silver,| والخيل - and [the] horses| المسومة - [the] branded,| والأنعام - and [the] cattle| والحرث - and [the] tilled land.| ذلك - That| متاع - (is) provision| الحياة - (of) life| الدنيا - (of) the world| والله - but Allah -| عنده - with Him| حسن - (is an) excellent| المآب - [the] abode to return.| | ||||||
| 2 [9:34] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooinna katheeran mina al-ahbari waalrruhbanilaya/kuloona amwala alnnasi bialbatiliwayasuddoona AAan sabeeli Allahi waallatheenayaknizoona alththahaba waalfiddatawala yunfiqoonaha fee sabeeli Allahifabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن كثيرا من الأحبار والرهبان ليأكلون أموال الناس بالباطل ويصدون عن سبيل الله والذين يكنزون الذهب والفضة ولا ينفقونها في سبيل الله فبشرهم بعذاب أليم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ الْأَحْبَارِ وَالرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلاَ يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| إن - Indeed,| كثيرا - many| من - of| الأحبار - the rabbis| والرهبان - and the monks| ليأكلون - surely eat| أموال - (the) wealth| الناس - (of) the people| بالباطل - in falsehood,| ويصدون - and hinder| عن - from| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah.| والذين - And those who| يكنزون - hoard| الذهب - the gold| والفضة - and the silver,| ولا - and (do) not| ينفقونها - spend it| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah,| فبشرهم - [so] give them tidings| بعذاب - of a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
