| 1 [37:151] | Ala innahum min ifkihim layaqooloona |  ألا إنهم من إفكهم ليقولونأَلَا إِنَّهُم مِّنْ إِفْكِهِمْ لَيَقُولُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - No doubt,| إنهم - indeed, they| من - of| إفكهم - their falsehood| ليقولون - [they] say,| | ||||||
| 2 [46:28] | Falawla nasarahumu allatheenaittakhathoo min dooni Allahi qurbanan alihatanbal dalloo AAanhum wathalika ifkuhum wama kanooyaftaroona | فلولا نصرهم الذين اتخذوا من دون الله قربانا آلهة بل ضلوا عنهم وذلك إفكهم وما كانوا يفترون فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ قُرْبَانًا آلِهَةً بَلْ ضَلُّوا عَنْهُمْ وَذَلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلولا - Then why (did) not| نصرهم - help them| الذين - those whom| اتخذوا - they had taken| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah| قربانا - gods as a way of approach?| آلهة - gods as a way of approach?| بل - Nay,| ضلوا - they were lost| عنهم - from them.| وذلك - And that| إفكهم - (was) their falsehood| وما - and what| كانوا - they were| يفترون - inventing.| | ||||||
