| 1 [3:10] | Inna allatheena kafaroo lan tughniyaAAanhum amwaluhum wala awladuhum mina Allahishay-an waola-ika hum waqoodu alnnari |  إن الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم أموالهم ولا أولادهم من الله شيئا وأولئك هم وقود النارإِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمْ وَقُودُ النَّارِ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve[d]| لن - never| تغني - will avail| عنهم - [for] them| أموالهم - their wealth| ولا - and not| أولادهم - their children| من - against| الله - Allah| شيئا - anything,| وأولئك - and those -| هم - they (are)| وقود - (the) fuel| النار - (for) the Fire.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:116] | Inna allatheena kafaroo lan tughniyaAAanhum amwaluhum wala awladuhum mina Allahishay-an waola-ika as-habu alnnarihum feeha khalidoona | إن الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم أموالهم ولا أولادهم من الله شيئا وأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا وَأُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| لن - never| تغني - will avail| عنهم - [for] them| أموالهم - their wealth| ولا - and not| أولادهم - their children| من - against| الله - Allah| شيئا - anything,| وأولئك - and those| أصحاب - (are the) companions| النار - (of) the Fire,| هم - they| فيها - in it| خالدون - (will) abide forever.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:137] | Wakathalika zayyana likatheerin minaalmushrikeena qatla awladihim shurakaohumliyurdoohum waliyalbisoo AAalayhim deenahum walaw shaa Allahuma faAAaloohu fatharhum wama yaftaroona | وكذلك زين لكثير من المشركين قتل أولادهم شركاؤهم ليردوهم وليلبسوا عليهم دينهم ولو شاء الله ما فعلوه فذرهم وما يفترون وَكَذَلِكَ زَيَّنَ لِكَثِيرٍ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَتْلَ أَوْلاَدِهِمْ شُرَكَآؤُهُمْ لِيُرْدُوهُمْ وَلِيَلْبِسُواْ عَلَيْهِمْ دِينَهُمْ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And likewise| زين - made pleasing| لكثير - to many| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists -| قتل - (the) killing| أولادهم - (of) their children -| شركاؤهم - their partners -| ليردوهم - so that they may ruin them| وليلبسوا - and that they make confusing| عليهم - to them| دينهم - their religion.| ولو - And if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| ما - not| فعلوه - (would) they have done so.| فذرهم - So leave them| وما - and what| يفترون - they invent.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:140] | Qad khasira allatheena qataloo awladahumsafahan bighayri AAilmin waharramoo ma razaqahumuAllahu iftiraan AAala Allahi qad dalloowama kanoo muhtadeena | قد خسر الذين قتلوا أولادهم سفها بغير علم وحرموا ما رزقهم الله افتراء على الله قد ضلوا وما كانوا مهتدين قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ قَتَلُواْ أَوْلاَدَهُمْ سَفَهًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ اللّهُ افْتِرَاءً عَلَى اللّهِ قَدْ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Certainly,| خسر - (are) lost| الذين - those who| قتلوا - killed| أولادهم - their children| سفها - (in) foolishness| بغير - without| علم - knowledge| وحرموا - and forbid| ما - what| رزقهم - (bas been) provided (to) them| الله - (by) Allah -| افتراء - inventing (lies)| على - against| الله - Allah.| قد - Certainly,| ضلوا - they have gone astray| وما - and not| كانوا - they are| مهتدين - guided-ones.| | ||||||
| 5 [9:55] | Fala tuAAjibka amwaluhum walaawladuhum innama yureedu Allahu liyuAAaththibahumbiha fee alhayati alddunyawatazhaqa anfusuhum wahum kafiroona | فلا تعجبك أموالهم ولا أولادهم إنما يريد الله ليعذبهم بها في الحياة الدنيا وتزهق أنفسهم وهم كافرون فَلاَ تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُمْ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلا - So (let) not| تعجبك - impress you| أموالهم - their wealth| ولا - and not| أولادهم - their children.| إنما - Only| يريد - Allah intends| الله - Allah intends| ليعذبهم - to punish them| بها - with it| في - in| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| وتزهق - and should depart| أنفسهم - their souls| وهم - while they| كافرون - (are) disbelievers.| | ||||||
