| 1 [2:139] | Qul atuhajjoonana fee Allahiwahuwa rabbuna warabbukum walana aAAmalunawalakum aAAmalukum wanahnu lahu mukhlisoona |  قل أتحاجوننا في الله وهو ربنا وربكم ولنا أعمالنا ولكم أعمالكم ونحن له مخلصونقُلْ أَتُحَآجُّونَنَا فِي اللّهِ وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ وَلَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُخْلِصُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أتحاجوننا - "Do you argue with us| في - about| الله - Allah| وهو - while He| ربنا - (is) our Lord| وربكم - and your Lord?| ولنا - And for us| أعمالنا - (are) our deeds| ولكم - and for you| أعمالكم - (are) your deeds| ونحن - and we| له - to Him| مخلصون - (are) sincere.| | ||||||
| 2 [28:55] | Wa-itha samiAAoo allaghwa aAAradooAAanhu waqaloo lana aAAmaluna walakumaAAmalukum salamun AAalaykum la nabtagheealjahileena | وإذا سمعوا اللغو أعرضوا عنه وقالوا لنا أعمالنا ولكم أعمالكم سلام عليكم لا نبتغي الجاهلين وَإِذَا سَمِعُوا اللَّغْوَ أَعْرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا نَبْتَغِي الْجَاهِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| سمعوا - they hear| اللغو - vain talk,| أعرضوا - they turn away| عنه - from it| وقالوا - and say,| لنا - "For us| أعمالنا - our deeds| ولكم - and for you| أعمالكم - your deeds.| سلام - Peace (be)| عليكم - on you;| لا - not| نبتغي - we seek| الجاهلين - the ignorant."| | ||||||
| 3 [33:71] | Yuslih lakum aAAmalakumwayaghfir lakum thunoobakum waman yutiAAi Allahawarasoolahu faqad faza fawzan AAatheeman | يصلح لكم أعمالكم ويغفر لكم ذنوبكم ومن يطع الله ورسوله فقد فاز فوزا عظيما يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |يصلح - He will amend| لكم - for you| أعمالكم - your deeds| ويغفر - and forgive| لكم - for you| ذنوبكم - your sins.| ومن - And whoever| يطع - obeys| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| فقد - certainly| فاز - has attained| فوزا - an attainment| عظيما - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [42:15] | Falithalika faodAAu waistaqimkama omirta wala tattabiAA ahwaahum waqul amantubima anzala Allahu min kitabin waomirtuli-aAAdila baynakum Allahu rabbuna warabbukum lanaaAAmaluna walakum aAAmalukum la hujjatabaynana wabaynakumu Allahu yajmaAAu baynanawa-ilayhi almaseeru | فلذلك فادع واستقم كما أمرت ولا تتبع أهواءهم وقل آمنت بما أنزل الله من كتاب وأمرت لأعدل بينكم الله ربنا وربكم لنا أعمالنا ولكم أعمالكم لا حجة بيننا وبينكم الله يجمع بيننا وإليه المصير فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَقُلْ آمَنتُ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ مِن كِتَابٍ وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ اللَّهُ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |فلذلك - So to that| فادع - then invite,| واستقم - and stand firm| كما - as| أمرت - you are commanded| ولا - and (do) not| تتبع - follow| أهواءهم - their desires,| وقل - but say,| آمنت - "I believe| بما - in what| أنزل - Allah has sent down| الله - Allah has sent down| من - of| كتاب - (the) Book,| وأمرت - and I am commanded| لأعدل - that I do justice| بينكم - between you.| الله - Allah| ربنا - (is) our Lord| وربكم - and your Lord.| لنا - For us| أعمالنا - our deeds| ولكم - and for you| أعمالكم - your deeds.| لا - (There is) no| حجة - argument| بيننا - between us| وبينكم - and between you.| الله - Allah| يجمع - will assemble| بيننا - [between] us,| وإليه - and to Him| المصير - (is) the final return."| | ||||||
| 5 [47:30] | Walaw nashao laaraynakahumfalaAAaraftahum biseemahum walataAArifannahum fee lahnialqawli waAllahu yaAAlamu aAAmalakum | ولو نشاء لأريناكهم فلعرفتهم بسيماهم ولتعرفنهم في لحن القول والله يعلم أعمالكم وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَأَرَيْنَاكَهُمْ فَلَعَرَفْتَهُم بِسِيمَاهُمْ وَلَتَعْرِفَنَّهُمْ فِي لَحْنِ الْقَوْلِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ أَعْمَالَكُمْ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| نشاء - We willed| لأريناكهم - surely, We could show them to you| فلعرفتهم - and you would know them| بسيماهم - by their marks;| ولتعرفنهم - but surely, you will know them| في - by| لحن - (the) tone| القول - (of their) speech.| والله - And Allah| يعلم - knows| أعمالكم - your deeds.| | ||||||
| 6 [47:33] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoolawala tubtiloo aAAmalakum | يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول ولا تبطلوا أعمالكم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَلَا تُبْطِلُوا أَعْمَالَكُمْ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| أطيعوا - Obey| الله - Allah| وأطيعوا - and obey| الرسول - the Messenger,| ولا - and (do) not| تبطلوا - make vain| أعمالكم - your deeds.| | ||||||
| 7 [47:35] | Fala tahinoo watadAAoo ila alssalmiwaantumu al-aAAlawna waAllahu maAAakum walanyatirakum aAAmalakum | فلا تهنوا وتدعوا إلى السلم وأنتم الأعلون والله معكم ولن يتركم أعمالكم فَلَا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَن يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ | |||||
| Words | |فلا - So (do) not| تهنوا - weaken| وتدعوا - and call| إلى - for| السلم - peace| وأنتم - while you| الأعلون - (are) superior,| والله - and Allah| معكم - (is) with you| ولن - and never| يتركم - will deprive you| أعمالكم - (of) your deeds.| | ||||||
| 8 [49:2] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tarfaAAoo aswatakum fawqa sawti alnnabiyyiwala tajharoo lahu bialqawli kajahri baAAdikumlibaAAdin an tahbata aAAmalukumwaantum la tashAAuroona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا ترفعوا أصواتكم فوق صوت النبي ولا تجهروا له بالقول كجهر بعضكم لبعض أن تحبط أعمالكم وأنتم لا تشعرون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَكُمْ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ وَلَا تَجْهَرُوا لَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ كَجَهْرِ بَعْضِكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ أَن تَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالُكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| لا - (Do) not| ترفعوا - raise| أصواتكم - your voices| فوق - above| صوت - (the) voice| النبي - (of) the Prophet,| ولا - and (do) not| تجهروا - be loud| له - to him| بالقول - in speech| كجهر - like (the) loudness| بعضكم - (of) some of you| لبعض - to others,| أن - lest| تحبط - become worthless| أعمالكم - your deeds| وأنتم - while you| لا - (do) not| تشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 9 [49:14] | Qalati al-aAArabu amannaqul lam tu/minoo walakin qooloo aslamna walammayadkhuli al-eemanu fee quloobikum wa-in tuteeAAooAllaha warasoolahu la yalitkum min aAAmalikumshay-an inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | قالت الأعراب آمنا قل لم تؤمنوا ولكن قولوا أسلمنا ولما يدخل الإيمان في قلوبكم وإن تطيعوا الله ورسوله لا يلتكم من أعمالكم شيئا إن الله غفور رحيم قَالَتِ الْأَعْرَابُ آمَنَّا قُل لَّمْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَكِن قُولُوا أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ الْإِيْمَانُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَإِن تُطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ لَا يَلِتْكُم مِّنْ أَعْمَالِكُمْ شَيْئًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |قالت - Say| الأعراب - the Bedouins,| آمنا - "We believe."| قل - Say,| لم - "Not| تؤمنوا - you believe;| ولكن - but| قولوا - say,| أسلمنا - "We have submitted,"| ولما - and has not yet| يدخل - entered| الإيمان - the faith| في - in| قلوبكم - your hearts.| وإن - But if| تطيعوا - you obey| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| لا - not| يلتكم - He will deprive you| من - of| أعمالكم - your deeds| شيئا - anything.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
