| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[47:30] | Walaw nashao laaraynakahumfalaAAaraftahum biseemahum walataAArifannahum fee lahnialqawli waAllahu yaAAlamu aAAmalakum
|  ولو نشاء لأريناكهم فلعرفتهم بسيماهم ولتعرفنهم في لحن القول والله يعلم أعمالكم
وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَأَرَيْنَاكَهُمْ فَلَعَرَفْتَهُم بِسِيمَاهُمْ وَلَتَعْرِفَنَّهُمْ فِي لَحْنِ الْقَوْلِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ أَعْمَالَكُمْ |
| Words | |ولو - And if| نشاء - We willed| لأريناكهم - surely, We could show them to you| فلعرفتهم - and you would know them| بسيماهم - by their marks;| ولتعرفنهم - but surely, you will know them| في - by| لحن - (the) tone| القول - (of their) speech.| والله - And Allah| يعلم - knows| أعمالكم - your deeds.| |

| በሻንም ኖሮ እነርሱን ባሳየንህና በምልክታቸውም በእርግጥ ባወቅሃቸው ነበር፡፡ ንግግርንም በማሸሞራቸው በእርግጥ ታውቃቸዋለህ፡፡ አላህም ሥራዎቻችሁን ያውቃል፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولو نشاء لأريناكهم } عرفناكهم وكررت اللام في { فلعرفتهم بسيماهم } علامتهم { ولتعرفنهم } الواو لقسم محذوف وما بعدها جوابه { في لحن القوْل } أي معناه إذا تكلموا عندك بأن يعرضوا بما فيه تهجين أمر المسلمين { والله يعلم أعمالكم } . |
| Lemmer i £ ihwi, ad ak ten id Nessken, war ccekk, a ten tâaqlev ar udem nnsen, a ten tâaqlev ar ûûenf umeslay. Öebbi Issen igiten nnwen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি ইচ্ছা করলে আপনাকে তাদের সাথে পরিচিত করে দিতাম। তখন আপনি তাদের চেহারা দেখে তাদেরকে চিনতে পারতেন এবং আপনি অবশ্যই কথার ভঙ্গিতে তাদেরকে চিনতে পারবেন। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কর্মসমূহের খবর রাখেন। |
| Literal | And if We will/want, We would have shown them to you, so you would have known them by their marks/identifications/expressions, and you will know them in the word's/opinion and belief's or grammatical mistakes/intonement , and God knows your deeds.374 |
| Yusuf Ali | Had We so wiled, We could have shown them up to thee, and thou shouldst have known them by their marks: but surely thou wilt know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all that ye do. |

[Lit., "the tone (lahn) of speech": indicating that a true believer recognizes hypocrisy even without a "visible mark" (sima).] And God knows all that you do, [O men;] |
| Khalifa** | If we will, we can expose them for you, so that you can recognize them just by looking at them. However, you can recognize them by the way they talk. GOD is fully aware of all your works. |
