بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [9:127] | Wa-itha ma onzilat sooratunnathara baAAduhum ila baAAdinhal yarakum min ahadin thumma insarafoo sarafaAllahu quloobahum bi-annahum qawmun la yafqahoona
| وإذا ما أنزلت سورة نظر بعضهم إلى بعض هل يراكم من أحد ثم انصرفوا صرف الله قلوبهم بأنهم قوم لا يفقهون وَإِذَا مَا أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ نَّظَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ هَلْ يَرَاكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍ ثُمَّ انصَرَفُواْ صَرَفَ اللّهُ قُلُوبَهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَفْقَهُون |

| (እነሱን የምታነሳ) ምዕራፍም በተወረደች ጊዜ አንድ ሰው ያያችኋልን እያሉ ከፊሎቻቸው ወደ ከፊሉ ይመለከታሉ፡፡ ከዚያም (ተደብቀው) ይኼዳሉ፡፡ እነርሱ የማያውቁ ሕዝቦች በመኾናቸው አላህ ልቦቻቸውን አዞረ፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { وإذا ما أنزلت سورة } فيها ذكرهم وقرأها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم { نظر بعضهم إلى بعض } يريدون الهرب يقولون { هل يراكم من أحد } إذا قمتم فإن لم يرهم أحد قاموا وإلا ثبتوا { ثم انصرفوا } على كفرهم { صرف الله قلوبهم } عن الهدى { بأنهم قوم لا يفقهون } الحق لعدم تدبرهم . |
| Mi d ters tsuôep, ad mesmuqalen: "day illa yiwen ikwen id Ipwalin"? Sinna, ad wexxôen. Isswexxeô Öebbi ulawen nnsen, imi nitni d agdud ur nfehhem. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যখনই কোন সূরা অবতীর্ণ হয়, তখন তারা একে অন্যের দিকে তাকায় যে, কোন মুসলমান তোমাদের দেখছে কি-না-অতঃপর সরে পড়ে। আল্লাহ ওদের অন্তরকে সত্য বিমুখ করে দিয়েছেন! নিশ্চয়ই তারা নির্বোধ সম্প্রদায়। |
Literal | And when any chapter of the Koran was descended, some of them looked to some, (and said): "Does from anyone see you?" Then they went away/diverted , God diverted their hearts/minds , because they are (E) a nation (that) do not understand/know . |
Yusuf Ali | Whenever there cometh down a Sura, they look at each other, (saying), "Doth anyone see you?" Then they turn aside: Allah hath turned their hearts (from the light); for they are a people that understand not. |
Pickthal | And whenever a surah is revealed, they look one at another (as who should say): Doth anybody see you? Then they turn away. Allah turneth away their hearts because they are a folk who understand not. |

Sarwar | When a chapter (of the Quran) is revealed, (it upsets them). They look at one another and their eyes silently ask this question, "Has any one noticed the disappointment on our faces?" Then they walk away. In fact, God has turned their hearts away (from the truth); they are a people who have no understanding. |
H/K/Saheeh | And whenever a surah is revealed, they look at each other, [saying], "Does anyone see you?" and then they dismiss themselves. Allah has dismissed their hearts because they are a people who do not understand. |

| Na igira adn a initoron a sorah, na tntngan o sabaad kiran so sabaad (sa tharoon iyan a): "Ba adn a pphakaylay rkano a isa bo?" Na oriyan iyan na tomalikhod siran: Na piyakatalikhod o Allah so manga poso iran; sabap sa mataan! a siran na pagtaw a da a manga sabot iran. |
Ahmed Raza Khan | اور جب کوئی سورت اترتی ہے ان میں ایک دوسرے کو دیکھنے لگتا ہے کہ کوئی تمہیں دیکھتا تو نہیں پھر پلٹ جاتے ہیں اللہ نے ان کے دل پلٹ دیئے ہیں کہ وہ ناسمجھ لوگ ہیں |

Abul Ala Maududi | جب کوئی سورت نازل ہوتی ہے تو یہ لوگ آنکھوں ہی آنکھوں میں ایک دوسرے سے باتیں کرتے ہیں کہ کہیں کوئی تم کو دیکھ تو نہیں رہا ہے، پھر چپکے سے نکل بھاگتے ہیں اللہ نے ان کے دل پھیر دیے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ناسمجھ لوگ ہیں |
