| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[9:10] | La yarquboona fee mu/minin illan walathimmatan waola-ika humu almuAAtadoona
|  لا يرقبون في مؤمن إلا ولا ذمة وأولئك هم المعتدون
لاَ يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً وَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ |
| Words | |لا - Not| يرقبون - they respect (the ties)| في - towards| مؤمن - a believer| إلا - (of) kinship| ولا - and not| ذمة - covenant of protection.| وأولئك - And those| هم - [they]| المعتدون - (are) the transgressors.| |

| በምእምን ነገር ዝምድናንም ኪዳንንም አይጠብቁም፤ እነዚያም እነሱ ወሰን አላፊዎች ናቸው፡፡ |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা মর্যাদা দেয় না কোন মুসলমানের ক্ষেত্রে আত্নীয়তার, আর না অঙ্গীকারের। আর তারাই সীমালংঘনকারী। |
