[8:43] | Ith yureekahumu Allahu fee manamikaqaleelan walaw arakahum katheeran lafashiltum walatanazaAAtumfee al-amri walakinna Allaha sallama innahuAAaleemun bithati alssudoori
|  إذ يريكهم الله في منامك قليلا ولو أراكهم كثيرا لفشلتم ولتنازعتم في الأمر ولكن الله سلم إنه عليم بذات الصدور
إِذْ يُرِيكَهُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَنَامِكَ قَلِيلاً وَلَوْ أَرَاكَهُمْ كَثِيرًا لَّفَشِلْتُمْ وَلَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الأَمْرِ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ سَلَّمَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ |
| Words | |إذ - When| يريكهم - you (where) shown them| الله - (by) Allah| في - in| منامك - your dream| قليلا - (as) few,| ولو - and if| أراكهم - He had shown them to you| كثيرا - (as) many| لفشلتم - surely you would have lost courage| ولتنازعتم - and surely you would have disputed| في - in| الأمر - the matter,| ولكن - but| الله - Allah| سلم - saved (you).| إنه - Indeed, He| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بذات - of what is in| الصدور - the breasts.| |

| አላህ በሕልምህ እነሱን ጥቂት አድርጎ ባሳየህ ጊዜ (አስታውስ)፡፡ እነሱን ብዙ አድርጎ ባሳየህም ኖሮ በፈራችሁና በነገሩ በተጨቃጨቃችሁ ነበር፡፡ ግን አላህ አዳናችሁ፡፡ እርሱ በደረቶች ውስጥ ያለን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነውና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | اذكر { إذ يريكهُم الله في منامك } أي نومك { قليلا } فأخبرت به أصحابك فسروا { ولو أراكهم كثيرا لفشلتم } جبنتم { ولتنازعتم } اختلفتم { في الأمر } أمر القتال { ولكن الله سلَّمـ } ـكم من الفشل والتنازع { إنه عليم بذات الصدور } بما في القلوب . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ যখন তোমাকে স্বপ্নে সেসব কাফেরের পরিমাণ অল্প করে দেখালেন; বেশী করে দেখালে তোমরা কাপুরুষতা অবলম্বন করতে এবং কাজের বেলায় বিপদ সৃষ্টি করতে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ বাঁচিয়ে দিয়েছেন। তিনি অতি উত্তমভাবেই জানেন; যা কিছু অন্তরে রয়েছে। |
| Literal | When God shows them to you in your sleep/dream (as) a few/little , and if He showed them to you (as) many/much you would have weakened and become cowardly/failing and you would have disputed/argued in the matter/affair, and but God delivered/secured (saved), that He (is) knowledgeable with of the chests117(innermosts). |
