| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[8:40] | Wa-in tawallaw faiAAlamoo anna Allahamawlakum niAAma almawla waniAAma alnnaseeru
|  وإن تولوا فاعلموا أن الله مولاكم نعم المولى ونعم النصير
وَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَوْلاَكُمْ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ |
| Words | |وإن - And if| تولوا - they turn away| فاعلموا - then know| أن - that| الله - Allah| مولاكم - (is) your Protector,| نعم - Excellent| المولى - (is) the Protector,| ونعم - and Excellent| النصير - (is) the Helper.| |

| (ከእምነት) ቢዞሩም አላህ ረዳታችሁ መኾኑን ዕወቁ፡፡ (እርሱ) ምን ያምር ጠባቂ! ምን ያምርም ረዳት! |
| آل الجلالين | { وإن تولَّوا } عن الإيمان { فاعلموا أن الله مولاكم } ناصركم ومتولي أموركم { نعم المولى } هو { ونعم النصير } أي الناصر لكم . |
| Ma wexxôen, cfut ar Öebbi d Bab nnwen, Bab amxalef, Asellak amxalef. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর তারা যদি না মানে, তবে জেনে রাখ, আল্লাহ তোমাদের সমর্থক; এবং কতই না চমৎকার সাহায্যকারী। |
| Literal | And if they turned away, so know that God (is) your owner/master/ally , (He is) best blessed and praised, the king/master, and (He is) best blessed and praised, the victorior/savior. |
| Yusuf Ali | If they refuse, be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help. |
