|  إنا أنذرناكم عذابا قريبا يوم ينظر المرء ما قدمت يداه ويقول الكافر يا ليتني كنت ترابا
إِنَّا أَنذَرْنَاكُمْ عَذَابًا قَرِيبًا يَوْمَ يَنظُرُ الْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ الْكَافِرُ يَا لَيْتَنِي كُنتُ تُرَابًا |

| እኛ ሰው ሁሉ እጆቹ ያስቀደሙትን በሚያይበትና ከሓዲውም ዋ ምኞቴ! ምንነው ዐፈር በኾንኩ በሚልበት ቀን ቅርብ የኾነን ቅጣት አስጠነቀቅናችሁ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إنا أنذرناكم } يا كفار مكة { عذابا قريبا } عذاب يوم القيامة الآتي، وكل آت قريب { يوم } ظرف لعذابا بصفته { ينظر المرء } كل امرئ { ما قدمت يداه } من خير وشر { ويقول الكافر يا } حرف تنبيه { ليتني كنت ترابا } يعني فلا أعذب يقول ذلك عندما يقول الله تعالى للبهائم بعد الاقتصاص من بعضها لبعض: كوني ترابا. |
| Ih, Nâaggen awen: aâaqeb d ayen iqeôben. Ass ideg ara iéeô umdan, acu xedmen ifassen is, ad yini ujehli: "a ssexv iw, a lemmer lli$ d akal"! |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি তোমাদেরকে আসন্ন শাস্তি সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করলাম, যেদিন মানুষ প্রত্যেক্ষ করবে যা সে সামনে প্রেরণ করেছে এবং কাফের বলবেঃ হায়, আফসোস-আমি যদি মাটি হয়ে যেতাম। |
