| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[7:10] | Walaqad makkannakum fee al-ardiwajaAAalna lakum feeha maAAayisha qaleelan matashkuroona
|  ولقد مكناكم في الأرض وجعلنا لكم فيها معايش قليلا ما تشكرون
وَلَقَدْ مَكَّنَّاكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ قَلِيلاً مَّا تَشْكُرُونَ |
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| مكناكم - We established you| في - in| الأرض - the earth| وجعلنا - and We made| لكم - for you| فيها - in it| معايش - livelihood.| قليلا - Little| ما - (is) what| تشكرون - you (are) grateful.| |

| በምድርም ላይ በእርግጥ አስመቸናችሁ፡፡ በእርሷም ላይ ለናንተ መኖሪያዎችን አደረግንላችሁ፤ ምስጋናችሁ በጣም ጥቂት ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولقد مكَّناكم } يا بني آدم { في الأرض وجعلنا لكم فيها معايش } بالياء أسبابا تعيشون بها جمع معيشة { قليلا ما } لتأكيد القلة { تشكرون } على ذلك . |
| Ni$, s tidep, Nesrekd ikwen di tmurt, Nerra yawen, degs, tamâict nnwen. Drus ay tesnemmirem. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি তোমাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে ঠাই দিয়েছি এবং তোমাদের জীবিকা নির্দিষ্ট করে দিয়েছি। তোমরা অল্পই কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার কর। |
| Literal | And We had strengthened/empowered you in the earth/Planet Earth, and We made for you in it livelihood/sustenance, little (is) what you thank/be grateful . |
| Yusuf Ali | It is We Who have placed you with authority on earth, and provided you therein with means for the fulfilment of your life: small are the thanks that ye give! |
| Pickthal | And We have given you (mankind) power in the earth, and appointed for you therein livelihoods. Little give ye thanks! |
