1 [7:155] | Waikhtara moosaqawmahu sabAAeena rajulan limeeqatina falammaakhathat-humu alrrajfatu qala rabbi lawshi/ta ahlaktahum min qablu wa-iyyaya atuhlikunabima faAAala alssufahao minna in hiyailla fitnatuka tudillu biha man tashaowatahdee man tashao anta waliyyuna faighfirlana wairhamna waanta khayru alghafireena
| واختار موسى قومه سبعين رجلا لميقاتنا فلما أخذتهم الرجفة قال رب لو شئت أهلكتهم من قبل وإياي أتهلكنا بما فعل السفهاء منا إن هي إلا فتنتك تضل بها من تشاء وتهدي من تشاء أنت ولينا فاغفر لنا وارحمنا وأنت خير الغافرين وَاخْتَارَ مُوسَى قَوْمَهُ سَبْعِينَ رَجُلاً لِّمِيقَاتِنَا فَلَمَّا أَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ أَهْلَكْتَهُم مِّن قَبْلُ وَإِيَّايَ أَتُهْلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ السُّفَهَاءُ مِنَّا إِنْ هِيَ إِلاَّ فِتْنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَن تَشَاءُ وَتَهْدِي مَن تَشَاءُ أَنتَ وَلِيُّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْغَافِرِينَ |
Words | |واختار - And chose| موسى - Musa| قومه - (from) his people| سبعين - seventy| رجلا - men| لميقاتنا - for Our appointment.| فلما - Then when| أخذتهم - seized them| الرجفة - the earthquake| قال - he said,| رب - "O my Lord!| لو - If| شئت - you (had) willed,| أهلكتهم - You (could) have destroyed them| من - from| قبل - before| وإياي - and me.| أتهلكنا - Would You destroy us| بما - for what| فعل - did| السفهاء - the foolish| منا - among us?| إن - Not| هي - it (was)| إلا - but| فتنتك - Your trial,| تضل - You let go astray| بها - by it| من - whom| تشاء - You will| وتهدي - and You guide| من - whom| تشاء - You will.| أنت - You| ولينا - (are) our Protector,| فاغفر - so forgive| لنا - us| وارحمنا - and have mercy upon us,| وأنت - and You| خير - (are) Best| الغافرين - (of) Forgivers.| |

| ሙሳም ከሕዝቦቹ ውስጥ ለቀጠሮዋችን ሰባን ሰዎች መረጠ፡፡ ብርቱ የምድር እንቅጥቃጤ በያዘቻቸውም ጊዜ ሙሳ አለ «ጌታዬ ሆይ! በሻህ ኖሮ ከአሁን በፊት በአጠፋሃቸው ነበር፡፡ እኔንም (ባጠፋኸኝ ነበር)፡፡ ከእኛ ቂሎቹ በሠሩት ነገር ታጠፋናለህን እርሷ (ፈተናይቱ) ያንተ ፈተና እንጂ ሌላ አይደለችም፡፡ በእርሷ የምትሻውን ታሳስታለህ፡፡ የምትሻውንም ታቀናለህ፡፡ አንተ ረዳታችን ነህና ለእኛ ምሕረት አድርግልን፡፡ እዘንልንም፡፡ አንተም ከመሓሪዎች ሁሉ በላጭ ነህ፡፡» |
آل الجلالين | { واختار موسى قومه } أي من قومه { سبعين رجلا } ممن لم يعبدوا العجل بأمره تعالى { لميقاتنا } أي للوقت الذي وعدناه بإتيانهم فيه ليعتذروا من عبادة أصحابهم العجل فخرج بهم { فلما أخذتهم الرجفة } الزلزلة الشديدة، قال ابن عباس: لأنهم لم يزايلوا قومهم حين عبدوا العجل، قال : وهم غير الذين سألوا الرؤية وأخذتهم الصاعقة { قال } موسى { ربِّ لو شئت أهلكتهم من قبل } أي قبل خروجي بهم ليعاين بنو إسرائيل ذلك ولا يتهموني { وإياي أتهلكنا بما فعل السفهاء منا } استفهام استعطاف، أي لا تعذبنا بذنب غيرنا { إن } ما { هي } أي الفتنة التي وقع فيها السفهاء { إلا فتنتُك } ابتلاؤك { تضل بها من تشاء } إضلاله { وتهدي من تشاء } هدايته { أنت ولينا } متولي أمورنا { فاغفر لنا وارحمنا وأنت خير الغافرين } . |
| Ifren ed Musa ûatet irgazen seg ugdud is, ad mlilen yidne£. Mi ten tewwet zzenzla, inna: "a Mass iw! Lemmer i K ihwi, yili, iu$ lêal, Ten$iv ten, u Tegliv yissi. Day ad a$ Temêuv, ilmend n wayen xedmen ije$lufen segne$? Wagi d ahewwel iK kan, Tettellifev syis win i K ihwan, Tnehhuv win i K ihwan. Keçç d Bab nne$, Semmeê a$, Ëun fella$, Keçç Tifev akw wid ipsemmiêen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর মূসা বেছে নিলেন নিজের সম্প্রদায় থেকে সত্তর জন লোক আমার প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ের জন্য। তারপর যখন তাদেরকে ভূমিকম্প পাকড়াও করল, তখন বললেন, হে আমার পরওয়ারদেগার, তুমি যদি ইচ্ছা করতে, তবে তাদেরকে আগেই ধ্বংস করে দিতে এবং আমাকেও। আমাদেরকে কি সে কর্মের কারণে ধ্বংস করছ, যা আমার সম্প্রদায়ের নির্বোধ লোকেরা করেছে? এসবই তোমার পরীক্ষা; তুমি যাকে ইচ্ছা এতে পথ ভ্রষ্ট করবে এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা সরলপথে রাখবে। তুমি যে আমাদের রক্ষক-সুতরাং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করে দাও এবং আমাদের উপর করুনা কর। তাছাড়া তুমিই তো সর্বাধিক ক্ষমাকারী। |
Literal | And Moses chose (from) his nation seventy men, to Our appointed time/appointed time or place, so when the tremble and shake/quake/agitation took/punished them, he said: "My Lord, if you willed/wanted you made them die/destroyed them from before and (as well as) me, do you make us die/destroy us because (of) what the ignorant/foolish from us make/did? That it is except Your test , You misguide with it whom You will/want, and You guide whom You will/want, You are our guardian/patron , so forgive for us, and have mercy upon us, and You are best (of) the forgiving." |
Yusuf Ali | And Moses chose seventy of his people for Our place of meeting: when they were seized with violent quaking, he prayed: "O my Lord! if it had been Thy will Thou couldst have destroyed, long before, both them and me: wouldst Thou destroy us for the deeds of the foolish ones among us? this is no more than Thy trial: by it Thou causest whom Thou wilt to stray, and Thou leadest whom Thou wilt into the right path. Thou art our Protector: so forgive us and give us Thy mercy; for Thou art the best of those who forgive. |

Sarwar | Moses selected seventy men from his people to attend Our appointment. (In Our presence). When an earthquake jolted them to death, Moses said, "Lord, had You wanted to destroy them, why did You not destroy them and me before. Are You destroying us for what the fools among us have done? This (destruction) is only a trial through which You cause some to go astray and guide others. You are our Guardian. Forgive us and have mercy on us; You are the best of those who forgive. |

Malik | Moses chose seventy men from his nation to accompany him to Our place of meeting. On their way when they were seized by a violent earthquake, he prayed: "O my Lord! Had it been Your will, You could have destroyed them long ago, and myself too. Would You destroy us for the offense committed by some fools among us? That trial was ordained by You, to confound whom You willed and to guide whom You pleased. You are our Guardian, therefore, forgive us and have mercy on us; for You are the best of all forgivers![155] |

You are our Lord and Master, so forgive us, shower us with Your mercy; You are the best Forgiver. |

Jumalani! heidän toimensa tahtoasi vastaan on sinun puoleltasi vain koettelemus, jolla saatat harhaan kenet tahdot ja johdatat kenet tahdot. Olet Suojelijamme; anna meille anteeksi ja armahda meitä. Sinä, joka olet paras kaikista armahtajista! |

Bang Ka rkami mbinasaan so pinggalbk o manga lalong rkami? Da a salakaw saya a rowar sa tiyobaa Ka, ndadagn Ka sa sabap saya so taw a kabayaa Ka, go thoroon Ka so taw a kabayaa Ka. Ska i Phanarigan ami, na napii kaming Ka, go kalimoon kaming Ka; Ska i taralbi a mapiya ko manga nanapi." |
Ahmed Raza Khan | اور موسیٰ نے اپنی قوم سے سترّ ۷۰، مرد ہمارے وعدہ کے لیے چنے پھر جب انہیں زلزلہ نے لیا موسیٰ نے عرض کی اے رب میرے! تو چاہتا تو پہلے ہی انہیں اور مجھے ہلاک کردیتا کیا تو ہمیں اس کام پر ہلاک فرمائے گا جو ہمارے بے عقلوں نے کیا وہ نہیں مگر تیرا آزمانا، تو اس سے بہکائے جسے چاہے اور راہ دکھائے جسے چاہے تو ہمارا مولیٰ ہے تو ہمیں بخش دے اور ہم پر مہر کر اور تو سب سے بہتر بخشنے والا ہے، |
Shabbir Ahmed | اور متخب کیا موسٰی نے اپنی قوم سے سَتّر آدمیوں کو ہمارے وقتِ مقرّرہ پر حاضرہونے کے لیے پھر جب آلیا اُنہیں ایک سخت زلزلہ نے تو عرض کیا موسٰی نے، اے میرے مالک! اگرتو چاہتا تو ہلاک کرسکتا تھا اُن کو اس سے پہلے بھی اور مجھے بھی۔ کیا تو ہلاک کرے گا ہمیں اس (قصور) میں جو کیا ہے (چند) نادانوں نے ہم میں سے؟ نہیں ہے یہ مگر ایک آزمائش تیری طرف سے۔ گمراہی میں مُبتلا کردیتا ہے تو اس کے ذریعہ سے جسے چاہے اور ہدایت بخش دیتا ہے تو جسے چاہے۔ تُوہی ہمارا سرپرست ہے پس معاف فرمادے ہمیں اور ہم پر رحم فرما، تُو سب سے بڑھ کر معاف کرنے والا ہے۔ |
Fateh Muhammad Jalandhary | اور موسیٰ نے اس میعاد پر جو ہم نے مقرر کی تھی اپنی قوم کے ستر آدمی منتخب (کرکے کوہ طور پر حاضر) ٹل کیے۔ جب ان کو زلزلے نے پکڑا تو موسیٰ نے کہا کہ اے پروردگار تو چاہتا تو ان کو اور مجھ کو پہلے ہی سے ہلاک کر دیتا۔ کیا تو اس فعل کی سزا میں جو ہم میں سے بےعقل لوگوں نے کیا ہے ہمیں ہلاک کردے گا۔ یہ تو تیری آزمائش ہے۔ اس سے تو جس کو چاہے گمراہ کرے اور جس کو چاہے ہدایت بخشے۔ تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے تو ہمیں (ہمارے گناہ) بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم فرما اور تو سب سے بہتر بخشنے والا ہے |
Mehmood Al Hassan | اور چن لئے موسٰی نے اپنی قوم میں سے ستر مرد ہمارے وعدہ کے وقت پر لانے کو پھر جب ان کو زلزلہ نے پکڑا تو بولا اے رب میرے اگر تو چاہتا تو پہلے ہی ہلاک کر دیتا انکو اور مجھ کو کیا ہم کو ہلاک کرتا ہے اس کام پر جو کیا ہماری قوم کے احمقوں نے یہ سب تیری آزمائش ہے |
Abul Ala Maududi | اور اُس نے اپنی قوم کے ستر آدمیوں کو منتخب کیا تاکہ وہ (اُس کے ساتھ) ہمارے مقرر کیے ہوئے وقت پر حاضر ہوں جب اِن لوگوں کو ایک سخت زلزلے نے آ پکڑا تو موسیٰؑ نے عرض کیا "اے میرے سرکار، آپ چاہتے تو پہلے ہی اِن کو اور مجھے ہلاک کرسکتے تھے کیا آپ اُس قصور میں جو ہم میں سے چند نادانوں نے کیا تھا ہم سب کو ہلاک کر دیں گے؟ یہ تو آپ کی ڈالی ہوئی ایک آزمائش تھی جس کے ذریعہ سے آپ جسے چاہتے ہیں گمراہی میں مبتلا کر دیتے ہیں اور جسے چاہتے ہیں ہدایت بخش دیتے ہیں ہمارے سر پرست تو آپ ہی ہیں پس ہمیں معاف کر دیجیے اور ہم پر رحم فرمائیے، آپ سب سے بڑھ کر معاف فرمانے والے ہیں |
Ahmed Ali | اور موسیٰ نے اپنی قوم میں سے ستر مرد ہمارے وعدہ گا ہ پر لانے کے لیے چن لیے پھر جب انہیں زلزلہ نے پکڑ ا تو کہا اے میرے رب اگر تو چاہتا تو پہلے ہی انہیں ہلاک کر دیتا کیا تو ہمیں اس کام پر ہلاک کرتا ہے جو ہماری قوموں کے بیوقوفوں نے کیا یہ سب تیری آزمائش ہے جسے تو چاہے اس سے گمراہ کر دے اور جسے چاہے سیدھا رکھے تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے سو ہمیں بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم کر اور تو سب سے بہتر بخشنے والا ہے |
