| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[6:98] | Wahuwa allathee anshaakum min nafsinwahidatin famustaqarrun wamustawdaAAun qad fassalnaal-ayati liqawmin yafqahoona
|  وهو الذي أنشأكم من نفس واحدة فمستقر ومستودع قد فصلنا الآيات لقوم يفقهون
وَهُوَ الَّذِيَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمُسْتَوْدَعٌ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَفْقَهُونَ |
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنشأكم - (has) produced you| من - from| نفس - a soul,| واحدة - single,| فمستقر - so (there is) a place of dwelling| ومستودع - and a resting place.| قد - Certainly,| فصلنا - We have made clear| الآيات - the Signs| لقوم - for a people| يفقهون - (who) understand.| |

| እርሱም ያ ከአንዲት ነፍስ ያስገኛችሁ፤ ነው፡፡ (በማሕፀን) መርጊያና (በጀርባ) መቀመጫም (አላችሁ)፡፡ ለሚያወቁ ሕዝቦች አንቀጾችን በእርግጥ ዘረዘርን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وهو الذي أنشأكم } خلقكم { من نفس واحدة } من آدم { فّمُستقِرٌ } منكم في الرحم { ومستودع } منكم في الصلب وفي قراءة بفتح القاف أي مكان قرار لكم { قد فصَّلنا الآيات لقوم يفقهون } ما يقال لهم . |
| D Neppa ikwen id Ixelqen si yiman afôid, sinna: amkan, tarusi. Ni$ Nemmal issekniyen i ugdud ifehhmen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তিনিই তোমাদের কে এক ব্যক্তি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। অনন্তর একটি হচ্ছে তোমাদের স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ও একটি হচ্ছে গচ্ছিত স্থল। নিশ্চয় আমি প্রমাণাদি বিস্তারিত ভাবে বর্ণনা করে দিয়েছি তাদের জন্যে, যারা চিন্তা করে। |
| Literal | And He is who created/formed you from one (F) self, so a settled/established and depository/storage place/womb , We had detailed/explained the evidences/verses to a nation understanding/knowing/learning. |
| Yusuf Ali | It is He Who hath produced you from a single person: here is a place of sojourn and a place of departure: We detail Our signs for people who understand. |
| Pickthal | And He it is Who hath produced you from a single being, and (hath given you) a habitation and a repository. We have detailed Our revelations for a people who have understanding. |
| Arberry | It is He who produced you from one living soul, and then a lodging-place, and then a repository. We have distinguished the signs for a people who understand. |
