| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[6:165] | Wahuwa allathee jaAAalakum khala-ifaal-ardi warafaAAa baAAdakum fawqa baAAdindarajatin liyabluwakum fee ma atakuminna rabbaka sareeAAu alAAiqabi wa-innahu laghafoorun raheemun
|  وهو الذي جعلكم خلائف الأرض ورفع بعضكم فوق بعض درجات ليبلوكم في ما آتاكم إن ربك سريع العقاب وإنه لغفور رحيم
وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَكُمْ خَلاَئِفَ الْأَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَاتٍ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُمْ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ سَرِيعُ الْعِقَابِ وَإِنَّهُ لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ |

| እርሱም ያ በምድር ምትኮች ያደረጋችሁ በሰጣችሁም ጸጋ ሊፈትናችሁ ከፊላችሁን ከከፊሉ በላይ በደረጃዎች ከፍ ያደረገ ነው፡፡ ጌታህ ቅጣቱ ፈጣን ነው፡፡ እርሱም እጅግ መሓሪ ሩኅሩኅ ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وهو الذي جعلكم خلائف الأرض } جمع خليفة : أي يخلف بعضكم بعضا فيها { ورفع بعضكم فوق بعض درجات } بالمال والجاه وغير ذلك { ليبلوكم } ليختبركم { فيما آتاكم } أعطاكم ليظهر المطيع منكم والعاصي { إن ربك سريع العقاب } لمن عصاه { وإنه لغفور } للمؤمنين { رحيم } بهم . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তিনিই তোমাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে প্রতিনিধি করেছেন এবং একে অন্যের উপর মর্যাদা সমুন্নত করেছেন, যাতে তোমাদের কে এ বিষয়ে পরীক্ষা করেন, যা তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন। আপনার প্রতিপালক দ্রুত শাস্তি দাতা এবং তিনি অত্যন্ত ক্ষমাশীল, দয়ালু। |
| Literal | And He is who made/created you the earth's/Planet Earth's successors and replacers/leaders , and He rose some of you above/over some (by) steps/stages/degrees, to test you in what He gave you, that your Lord (is) quick (in) the punishment, and that He (is) forgiving (E), merciful.93 |
| Yusuf Ali | It is He Who hath made you (His) agents, inheritors of the earth: He hath raised you in ranks, some above others: that He may try you in the gifts He hath given you: for thy Lord is quick in punishment: yet He is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. |
