| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[6:114] | Afaghayra Allahi abtaghee hakamanwahuwa allathee anzala ilaykumu alkitaba mufassalanwaallatheena ataynahumu alkitabayaAAlamoona annahu munazzalun min rabbika bialhaqqifala takoonanna mina almumtareena
|  أفغير الله أبتغي حكما وهو الذي أنزل إليكم الكتاب مفصلا والذين آتيناهم الكتاب يعلمون أنه منزل من ربك بالحق فلا تكونن من الممترين
أَفَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلاً وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ |
| Words | |أفغير - "Then is (it) other than| الله - Allah| أبتغي - I seek| حكما - (as) judge,| وهو - while He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنزل - has revealed| إليكم - to you| الكتاب - the Book| مفصلا - explained in detail?"| والذين - And those (to) whom| آتيناهم - We gave them| الكتاب - the Book,| يعلمون - they know| أنه - that it| منزل - (is) sent down| من - from| ربك - your Lord| بالحق - in truth,| فلا - so (do) not| تكونن - be| من - among| الممترين - the ones who doubt.| |

| እርሱ ያ መጽሐፉን የተብራራ ኾኖ ወደእናንተ ያወረደ ሲኾን «ከአላህ ሌላ ዳኛን እፈልጋለሁን» (በላቸው)፡፡ እነዚያም መጽሐፍን የሰጠናቸው እርሱ ከጌታህ ዘንድ በእውነት የተወረደ መኾኑን ያውቃሉ፡፡ ከተጠራጣሪዎቹም አትኹን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ونزل لما طلبوا من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يجعل بينه وبينهم حكما، قل { أفغير الله أبتغي } أطلب { حكما } قاضيا بيني وبينكم { وهو الذي أنزل إليكم الكتاب } القرآن { مفصّلا } مبينا في الحق من الباطل { والذين آتيناهم الكتاب } التوراة كعبد الله بن سلام وأصحابه { يعلمون أنه منزَل } بالتخفيف والتشديد { من ربَّك بالحق فلا تكونن من الممترين } الشاكين فيه والمراد بذلك التقرير للكفار أنه حق . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তবে কি আমি আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্য কোন বিচারক অনুসন্ধান করব, অথচ তিনিই তোমাদের প্রতি বিস্তারিত গ্রন্থ অবতীর্ন করেছেন? আমি যাদেরকে গ্রন্থ প্রদান করেছি, তারা নিশ্চিত জানে যে, এটি আপনার প্রতি পালকের পক্ষ থেকে সত্যসহ অবর্তীর্ন হয়েছে। অতএব, আপনি সংশয়কারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না। |
| Literal | So is other than God I ask/desire (as) a judge/ruler, and He is who descended to you The Book detailed/explained ? And those who We brought (gave) to them The Book , they know that it (is) descended from your Lord with the truth , so do not be (E) from the doubting/arguing. |
| Yusuf Ali | Say: "Shall I seek for judge other than Allah? - when He it is Who hath sent unto you the Book, explained in detail." They know full well, to whom We have given the Book, that it hath been sent down from thy Lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt. |
| Pickthal | Shall I seek other than Allah for judge, when He it is Who hath revealed unto you (this) Scripture, fully explained? Those unto whom We gave the Scripture (aforetime) know that it is revealed from thy Lord in truth. So be not thou (O Muhammad) of the waverers. |
| Arberry | What, shall I seek after any judge but God? For it is He who sent down to you the Book well-distinguished; and those whom We have given the Book know it is sent down from thy Lord with the truth; so be not thou of the doubters. |
| Shakir | Shall I then seek a judge other than Allah? And He it is Who has revealed to you the Book (which is) made plain; and those whom We have given the Book know that it is revealed by your Lord with truth, therefore you should not be of the disputers. |
| Sarwar | (Muhammad), say, "Should I seek any judge other than God? It is He Who has revealed this Book (Quran) to you with all its intricate details." Those to whom We have given the Bible know that the Quran has been revealed to you from your Lord in all Truth. Thus, you (people) must have no doubts about it. |
| H/K/Saheeh | [Say], "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters. |
| Malik | Say: Should I seek a judge other than Allah, when He is the One Who has revealed this Book (The Qur'an) with full details? Those whom We gave the Book, before you, know very well that it is revealed to you from your Lord with the Truth; therefore, you should not be of those who have doubts.[114] |
