1 [59:7] | Ma afaa Allahu AAalarasoolihi min ahli alqura falillahi walilrrasooliwalithee alqurba waalyatama waalmasakeeniwaibni alssabeeli kay la yakoona doolatanbayna al-aghniya-i minkum wama atakumualrrasoolu fakhuthoohu wama nahakumAAanhu faintahoo waittaqoo Allaha inna Allahashadeedu alAAiqabi
| ما أفاء الله على رسوله من أهل القرى فلله وللرسول ولذي القربى واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل كي لا يكون دولة بين الأغنياء منكم وما آتاكم الرسول فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب مَّا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَى فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنكُمْ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ |

| አላህ ከከተሞቹ ሰዎች (ሀብት) በመልክተኛው ላይ የመለሰው (ሀብት) ከእናንተ ውስጥ በሀብታሞቹ መካከል ተዘዋዋሪ እንዳይኾን፡፡ ለአላህና ለመልክተኛው፣ ለዝምድና ባለቤትም፣ አባት ለሌላቸው ልጆችም፣ ለድኾችም፣ ለመንገደኛም (የሚስሰጥ) ነው፡፡ መልክተኛውም የሰጣችሁን (ማንኛውንም) ነገር ያዙት፡፡ ከእርሱም የከለከላችሁን ነገር ተከልከሉ፡፡ አላህንም ፍሩ፡፡ አላህ ቅጣተ ብርቱ ነውና፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { ما أفاء الله على رسوله من أهل القرى } كالصفراء ووادي القرى وينبع { فلله } يأمر فيه بما يشاء { وللرسول ولذي } صاحب { القربى } قرابة النبي من بني هاشم وبني المطلب { واليتامى } أطفال المسلمين الذين هلكت آباؤهم وهم فقراء { والمساكين } ذوي الحاجة من المسلمين { وابن السبيل } المنقطع في سفره من المسلمين، أي يستحقه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والأصناف الأربعة على ما كان يقسمه من أن لكل من الأربعة خمس الخمس وله الباقي { كي لا } كي بمعنى اللام وأن مقدرة بعدها { يكون } الفيء علة لقسمه كذلك { دولةً } متداولا { بين الأغنياء منكم وما آتاكم } أعطاكم { الرسول } من الفيء وغيره { فخذوه وما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا واتقوا الله إن الله شديد العقاب } . |

মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ জনপদবাসীদের কাছ থেকে তাঁর রসূলকে যা দিয়েছেন, তা আল্লাহর, রসূলের, তাঁর আত্নীয়-স্বজনের, ইয়াতীমদের, অভাবগ্রস্তদের এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে, যাতে ধনৈশ্বর্য্য কেবল তোমাদের বিত্তশালীদের মধ্যেই পুঞ্জীভূত না হয়। রসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেন, তা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা নিষেধ করেন, তা থেকে বিরত থাক এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা। |
Literal | What God bestowed upon/gave spoils of war on His messenger from the villages'/urban cities' people , so (it is) to God and the messenger, and to of the relations/near, and the orphans , and the poorest of poor/poor oppressed, and the traveler/stranded traveler, in order that (it) not be a rotation/alternation between the rich from you, and what the messenger gave you , so take/receive it , and what he forbid/prevented you from it, so terminate/stop , and fear and obey God, so that truly God (is) strong (severe in) the punishment. |
Yusuf Ali | What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment. |

Sarwar | Those who established a community center and embraced the faith before the arrival of the immigrants love those who have come to their town. They are not jealous of what is given to the immigrants. They give preference to them over themselves - even concerning the things that they themselves urgently need. Whoever controls his greed will have everlasting happiness. |
H/K/Saheeh | And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you take; and what he has forbidden you refrain from. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty. |
Malik | Whatever spoils from the dwellers of the township Allah has bestowed on His Messenger, shall belong to Allah, His Messenger, Messenger's relatives, and to the orphans, the needy and the travellers in need; so that it may not become the property of the rich among you. Khalifa** | Whatever GOD restored to His messenger from the (defeated) communities shall go to GOD and His messenger (in the form of a charity). You shall give it to the relatives, the orphans, the poor, and the traveling alien. Thus, it will not remain monopolized by the strong among you. You may keep the spoils given to you by the messenger, but do not take what he enjoins you from taking. You shall reverence GOD. GOD is strict in enforcing retribution. |
