| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[59:19] | Wala takoonoo kaallatheenanasoo Allaha faansahum anfusahum ola-ikahumu alfasiqoona
|  ولا تكونوا كالذين نسوا الله فأنساهم أنفسهم أولئك هم الفاسقون
وَلَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللَّهَ فَأَنسَاهُمْ أَنفُسَهُمْ أُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ |
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تكونوا - be| كالذين - like those who| نسوا - forgot| الله - Allah,| فأنساهم - so He made them forget| أنفسهم - themselves.| أولئك - Those| هم - [they]| الفاسقون - (are) the defiantly disobedient.| |

| እንደነዚያም አላህን እንደረሱትና ነፍሶቻቸውን እንዳስረሳቸው (ሰዎች) አትኹኑ፡፡ እነዚያ እነርሱ አመጸኞቹ ናቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولا تكونوا كالذين نسوا الله } تركوا طاعته { فأنساهم أنفسهم } أن يقدموا لها خيرا { أولئك هم الفاسقون } . |
| Ur ppilit am wid ippun Öebbi. Irra ten, ppun iman nnsen. Widak d iballa$en. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমরা তাদের মত হয়ো না, যারা আল্লাহ তা’আলাকে ভুলে গেছে। ফলে আল্লাহ তা’আলা তাদেরকে আত্ন বিস্মৃত করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই অবাধ্য। |
| Literal | And do not be as/like those who forgot God, so He made them forget themselves, those, they are the debauchers . |
| Yusuf Ali | And be ye not like those who forgot Allah; and He made them forget their own souls! Such are the rebellious transgressors! |
| Pickthal | And be not ye as those who forgot Allah, therefor He caused them to forget their souls. Such are the evil-doers. |
| Arberry | Be not as those who forgot God, and so He caused them to forget their souls; those -- they are the ungodly. |

| Khalifa** | Do not be like those who forgot GOD, so He made them forget themselves. These are the wicked. |
