| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[53:52] | Waqawma noohin min qablu innahum kanoohum athlama waatgha
|  وقوم نوح من قبل إنهم كانوا هم أظلم وأطغى
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَى |
| Words | |وقوم - And (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh| من - before.| قبل - before.| إنهم - Indeed, they| كانوا - they were| هم - they were| أظلم - more unjust| وأطغى - and more rebellious.| |

| በፊትም የኑሕን ሕዝቦች (አጥፍቷል)፡፡ እነርሱ በጣም በደለኞችና እጅግ የጠመሙ እነርሱ ነበሩና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ( وقوم نوح من قبل ) أي قبل عاد وثمود أهلكناهم ( إنهم كانوا هم أظلم وأطغى ) من عاد وثمود لطول لبث نوح فيهم "" فلبث فيهم ألف سنة إلا خمسين عاما "" وهم مع عدم إيمانهم به يؤذونه ويضربونه . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং তাদের পূর্বে নূহের সম্প্রদায়কে, তারা ছিল আরও জালেম ও অবাধ্য। |
| Literal | And Noah's nation from before, that they truly were, they (were) more unjust/oppressive, and more tyrant/arrogant . |
| Yusuf Ali | And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors, |
