[5:68] | Qul ya ahla alkitabi lastumAAala shay-in hatta tuqeemoo alttawratawaal-injeela wama onzila ilaykum min rabbikumwalayazeedanna katheeran minhum ma onzila ilayka minrabbika tughyanan wakufran fala ta/sa AAalaalqawmi alkafireena
|  قل يا أهل الكتاب لستم على شيء حتى تقيموا التوراة والإنجيل وما أنزل إليكم من ربكم وليزيدن كثيرا منهم ما أنزل إليك من ربك طغيانا وكفرا فلا تأس على القوم الكافرين
قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لَسْتُمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ حَتَّى تُقِيمُواْ التَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنجِيلَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُم مَّا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَكُفْرًا فَلاَ تَأْسَ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ |
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| أهل - "O People| الكتاب - (of) the Book!| لستم - You are not| على - on| شيء - anything| حتى - until| تقيموا - you stand firmly| التوراة - (by) the Taurat| والإنجيل - and the Injeel| وما - and what| أنزل - has been revealed| إليكم - to you| من - from| ربكم - your Lord.| وليزيدن - And surely increase| كثيرا - many| منهم - of them,| ما - what| أنزل - has been revealed| إليك - to you| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| طغيانا - (in) rebellion| وكفرا - and disbelief.| فلا - So (do) not| تأس - grieve| على - over| القوم - the people,| الكافرين - the disbelieving.| |

| «እናንተ የመጽሐፉ ባለቤቶች ሆይ! ተውራትንና ኢንጂልን ከጌታችሁም ወደእናንተ የተወረደውን እስከምታቆሙ (እስከምትሠሩባቸው) ድረስ በምንም ላይ አይደላችሁም» በላቸው፡፡ ከጌታህም ወደ አንተ የተወረደው ቁርኣን ከእነሱ ብዙዎቹን ትዕቢትንና ክህደትን በእርግጥ ይጨምርባቸዋል፡፡ በከሓዲያን ሕዝቦችም ላይ አትዘን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قل يا أهل الكتاب لستم على شيء } من الدين معتد به { حتى تقيموا التوراة والإنجيل وما أنزل إليكم من ربكم } بأن تعملوا بما فيه ومنه الإيمان بي { وليزيدن كثيرا منهم ما أنزل إليك من ربك } من القرآن { طغيانا وكفرا } لكفرهم به { فلا تأس } تحزن { على القوم الكافرين } إن لم يؤمنوا بك أي لا تهتم بهم . |
| Ini: "a yAt Tezmamt! Ur tellim deg wacemma, alamma teddam d Tuôa, Linoil, akked wayen i wen d irsen, s$uô Mass nnwen". Ayen i k d irsen s$uô Mass ik, war ccekk, irennu, i waîas segsen, leb$wev akked tijehli. Ur $webbel $ef ugdud ijehliyen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বলে দিনঃ হে আহলে কিতাবগণ, তোমরা কোন পথেই নও, যে পর্যন্ত না তোমরা তওরাত, ইঞ্জিল এবং যে গ্রন্থ তোমাদের পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের প্রতি অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে তাও পুরোপুরি পালন না কর। আপনার পালনকর্তার কাছ থেকে আপনার প্রতি যা অবর্তীণ হয়েছে, তার কারণে তাদের অনেকের অবাধ্যতা ও কুফর বৃদ্ধি পাবে। অতএব, এ কাফের সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে দুঃখ করবেন না। |
| Literal | Say: "You The Book's people, you are not on a thing, until you keep up the Torah/Old Testament and the Bible/New Testament , and what was descended to you from your (P) Lord." And what was descended to you (S/M) from your Lord increases (E) many of them tyranny/arrogance, and disbelief, so do not grieve/sadden on the nation, the disbelieving. |
| Yusuf Ali | Say: "O People of the Book! ye have no ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord." It is the revelation that cometh to thee from thy Lord, that increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. But sorrow thou not over (these) people without Faith. |
| Pickthal | Say O People of the Scripture! Ye have naught (of guidance) till ye observe the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto you from your Lord. That which is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) from thy Lord is certain to increase the contumacy and disbelief of many of them. But grieve not for the disbelieving folk. |
| Arberry | Say: 'People of the Book, you do not stand on anything, until you perform the Torah and the Gospel, and what was sent down to you from your Lord.' And what has been sent down to thee from thy Lord will surely increase many of them in insolence and unbelief; so grieve not for the people of the unbelievers. |
