1 [5:102] | Qad saalaha qawmun min qablikumthumma asbahoo biha kafireena
| قد سألها قوم من قبلكم ثم أصبحوا بها كافرين قَدْ سَأَلَهَا قَوْمٌ مِّن قَبْلِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَصْبَحُواْ بِهَا كَافِرِينَ |
Words | |قد - Indeed,| سألها - asked them| قوم - a people| من - from| قبلكم - before you,| ثم - then| أصبحوا - they became| بها - thereby| كافرين - disbelievers.| |

| ከናንተም በፊት ሕዝቦች በእርግጥ ጠየቋት፡፡ ከዚያም በእርሷ (ምክንያት) ከሓዲዎች ኾኑ፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { قد سألها } أي الأشياء { قوم من قبلكم } أنبياءهم فأجيبوا ببيان أحكامها { ثم أصبحوا } صاروا { بها كافرين } بتركهم العمل بها . |
| Ni$ isteqsa fellasent ugdud, uqbel nnwen. Sinna, segsent, gwran d d ijehliyen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এরূপ কথা বার্তা তোমাদের পুর্বে এক সম্প্রদায় জিজ্ঞেস করেছিল। এর পর তারা এসব বিষয়ে অবিশ্বাসী হয়ে গেল। |
Literal | A nation from before you had asked/questioned (about) it, then they became with it disbelieving. |
Yusuf Ali | Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account lost their faith. |
Pickthal | A folk before you asked (for such disclosures) and then disbelieved therein. |
