| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[42:46] | Wama kana lahum min awliyaayansuroonahum min dooni Allahi waman yudliliAllahu fama lahu min sabeelin
|  وما كان لهم من أولياء ينصرونهم من دون الله ومن يضلل الله فما له من سبيل
وَمَا كَانَ لَهُم مِّنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ يَنصُرُونَهُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِن سَبِيلٍ |
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - will be| لهم - for them| من - any| أولياء - protector| ينصرونهم - (who) will help them| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah.| ومن - And whom| يضلل - Allah lets go astray| الله - Allah lets go astray| فما - then not| له - for him| من - any| سبيل - way.| |

| ንቁ! በደለኞች በእርግጥ በዘውታሪ ስቃይ ውስጥ ናቸው፡፡ ለእነርሱም ከአላህ ሌላ የሚረዷቸው ዘመዶች ምንም አልነበሩዋቸውም፡፡ አላህም የሚያጠመው ሰው ለእርሱ (ወደ እውነት) ምንም መንገድ የለውም፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما كان لهم من أولياء ينصرونهم من دون الله } أي غيره يدفع عذابه عنهم { ومن يضلل الله فما له من سبيل } طريق إلى الحق في الدنيا وإلى الجنة في الآخرة . |
| Ur asen llin imawlan, ara ten isellken, war Öebbi. Win Itlef Öebbi, ur isâi abrid. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ তা’আলা ব্যতীত তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী থাকবে না, যে তাদেরকে সাহায্য করবে। আল্লাহ তা’আলা যাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেন, তার কোন গতি নেই। |
| Literal | And (there) were none from guardians/allies from other than God for them, they give them victory/aid from other than God, and whom God misguides, so (there is) no way/path for him (no escape for him). |
| Yusuf Ali | And no protectors have they to help them, other than Allah. And for any whom Allah leaves to stray, there is no way (to the Goal). |
| Pickthal | And they will have no protecting friends to help them instead of Allah. He whom Allah sendeth astray, for him there is no road. |
| Arberry | They have no protectors to help them, apart from God, and whomsoever God leads astray, no way has he.' |
