[40:48] | Qala allatheena istakbaroo innakullun feeha inna Allaha qad hakama baynaalAAibadi
|  قال الذين استكبروا إنا كل فيها إن الله قد حكم بين العباد
قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا كُلٌّ فِيهَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ حَكَمَ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ |
| Words | |قال - Will say| الذين - those who| استكبروا - (were) arrogant,| إنا - "Indeed, we| كل - all| فيها - (are) in it.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| قد - certainly| حكم - has judged| بين - between| العباد - (His) slaves"| |

| እነዚያም የኮሩት «እኛ ሁላችንም በውስጧ ነን፡፡ አላህ በባሮቹ መካከል በእርግጥ ፈረደ» ይላሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { قال الذين استكبروا إنا كلَّ فيها إن الله قد حكم بين العباد } فأدخل المؤمنين الجنة والكافرين النار . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অহংকারীরা বলবে, আমরা সবাই তো জাহান্নামে আছি। আল্লাহ তাঁর বান্দাদের ফয়সালা করে দিয়েছেন। |
| Literal | Those who became arrogant said: "We (E) all/each (are) in it, that truly God had judged/ruled between the worshippers/slaves ." |
| Yusuf Ali | Those who had been arrogant will say: "We are all in this (Fire)! Truly, Allah has judged between (his) Servants!" |
| Pickthal | Those who were proud say: Lo! we are all (together) herein. Lo! Allah hath judged between (His) slaves. |
