| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[39:35] | Liyukaffira Allahu AAanhum aswaa allatheeAAamiloo wayajziyahum ajrahum bi-ahsani allathee kanooyaAAmaloona
|  ليكفر الله عنهم أسوأ الذي عملوا ويجزيهم أجرهم بأحسن الذي كانوا يعملون
لِيُكَفِّرَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَسْوَأَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ الَّذِي كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ |
| Words | |ليكفر - That Allah will remove| الله - That Allah will remove| عنهم - from them| أسوأ - (the) worst| الذي - (of) what| عملوا - they did| ويجزيهم - and reward them| أجرهم - their due| بأحسن - for (the) best| الذي - (of) what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do.| |

| አላህ ያንን (በስሕተት) የሠሩትን መጥፎ ሥራ ከእነርሱ ሊሰርይላቸው በዚያም ይሠሩት በነበሩት በመልካሙ ሥራ ምንዳቸውን ሊመነዳቸው (ይህንን አደረገ)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ليكفّر الله عنهم أسوأ الذي عملوا ويجزيهم أجرهم بأحسن الذي كانوا يعملون } أسوأ وأحسن بمعنى السيء والحسن . |
| Iwakken ad asen Ikkes Öebbi, ayen xedmen adiran mavi; a ten I$it s wayen xeddmen d amxallef. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | যাতে আল্লাহ তাদের মন্দ কর্মসমূহ মার্জনা করেন এবং তাদের উত্তম কর্মের পুরস্কার তাদেরকে দান করেন। |
| Literal | (It is for) God to cover/substitute from them (the) worst deeds which they made/did , and He rewards/reimburses their reimbursement with best (of) which they were making/doing . |
| Yusuf Ali | So that Allah will turn off from them (even) the worst in their deeds and give them their reward according to the best of what they have done. |
| Pickthal | That Allah will remit from them the worst of what they did, and will pay them for reward the best they used to do. |
| Arberry | that God may acquit them of the worst of what they did, and recompense them with the wages of the fairest of what they were doing. |
