| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[38:25] | Faghafarna lahu thalikawa-inna lahu AAindana lazulfa wahusna maabin
|  فغفرنا له ذلك وإن له عندنا لزلفى وحسن مآب
فَغَفَرْنَا لَهُ ذَلِكَ وَإِنَّ لَهُ عِندَنَا لَزُلْفَى وَحُسْنَ مَآبٍ |
| Words | |فغفرنا - So We forgave| له - for him| ذلك - that.| وإن - And indeed,| له - for him| عندنا - with Us| لزلفى - surely is a near access| وحسن - and a good| مآب - place of return.| |

| ለእርሱም እኛ ዘንድ መቅረብ (ክብር) መልካም መመለሻም አለው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { فغفرنا له ذلك وإن له عندنا لزلفى } أي زيادة خير في الدنيا { وحسن مآب } مرجع في الآخرة . |
| Nsemmeê as ayagi. Ih, i neppa, $uône£, amkan n tu$alin aqôib, umâin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি তার সে অপরাধ ক্ষমা করলাম। নিশ্চয় আমার কাছে তার জন্যে রয়েছে উচ্চ মর্তবা ও সুন্দর আবাসস্থল। |
| Literal | So We forgave for him that, and that for him at Us (is) an advancement/rank/degree (E) and (a) good/beautiful return. |
| Yusuf Ali | So We forgave him this (lapse): he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful place of (Final) Return. |
| Pickthal | So We forgave him that; and lo! he had access to Our presence and a happy journey's end. |
| Arberry | Accordingly We forgave him that, and he has a near place in Our presence and a fair resort. |
| Shakir | Therefore We rectified for him this, and most surely he had a nearness to Us and an excellent resort. |
