| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[31:18] | Wala tusaAAAAir khaddaka lilnnasiwala tamshi fee al-ardi marahan inna Allahala yuhibbu kulla mukhtalin fakhoorin
|  ولا تصعر خدك للناس ولا تمش في الأرض مرحا إن الله لا يحب كل مختال فخور
وَلَا تُصَعِّرْ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمْشِ فِي الْأَرْضِ مَرَحًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ |

| «ጉንጭህንም (በኩራት) ከሰዎች አታዙር፡፡ በምድርም ላይ ተንበጥርረህ አትሂድ፡፡ አላህ ተንበጥራሪን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድምና፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولا تصعِّر } وفي قراءة تصاعر { خدك للناس } لا تمل وجهك عنهم تكبرا { ولا تمش في الأرض مرحا } أي خيلاء { إن الله لا يحب كل مختالٍ } متبختر في مشيه { فخور } على الناس. |
| Ur sxunzuô ar medden, ur teddu di tmurt s îî$aya! Öebbi, s tidep, ur Iêemmel yal imnefxi, amzuxi. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | অহংকারবশে তুমি মানুষকে অবজ্ঞা করো না এবং পৃথিবীতে গর্বভরে পদচারণ করো না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ কোন দাম্ভিক অহংকারীকে পছন্দ করেন না। |
| Literal | And do not turn away your cheek from the people, and do not walk in the land/Earth showing superiority happiness and overconfidence , that truly God does not love/like every/each conceited/arrogant, proud/arrogant. |
