| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[31:15] | Wa-in jahadaka AAala antushrika bee ma laysa laka bihi AAilmun fala tutiAAhumawasahibhuma fee alddunya maAAroofanwaittabiAA sabeela man anaba ilayya thumma ilayyamarjiAAukum faonabbi-okum bima kuntum taAAmaloona
|  وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا واتبع سبيل من أناب إلي ثم إلي مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون
وَإِن جَاهَدَاكَ عَلَى أَن تُشْرِكَ بِي مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا وَصَاحِبْهُمَا فِي الدُّنْيَا مَعْرُوفًا وَاتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ مَنْ أَنَابَ إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ |
| Words | |وإن - But if| جاهداك - they strive against you| على - on| أن - that| تشرك - you associate partners| بي - with Me| ما - what| ليس - not| لك - you have| به - of it| علم - any knowledge,| فلا - then (do) not| تطعهما - obey both of them.| وصاحبهما - But accompany them| في - in| الدنيا - the world| معروفا - (with) kindness,| واتبع - and follow| سبيل - (the) path| من - (of him) who| أناب - turns| إلي - to Me.| ثم - Then| إلي - towards Me| مرجعكم - (is) your return,| فأنبئكم - then I will inform you| بما - of what| كنتم - you used (to)| تعملون - do."| |

| ለአንተ በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን ነገር በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህም አትታዘዛቸው፡፡ በቅርቢቱም ዓለም፤ በመልካም ሥራ ተወዳጃቸው፡፡ ወደእኔም የተመለሰን ሰው መንገድ ተከተል፡፡ ከዚያም መመለሻችሁ ወደእኔ ነው፡፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ፤ (አልነው)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم } موافقة للواقع { فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا } أي بالمعروف البر والصلة { واتبع سبيل } طريق { من أناب } رجع { إليَّ } بالطاعة { ثم إليَّ مرجعكم فأنبئكم بما كنتم تعملون } فأجازيكم عليه وجملة الوصية وما بعدها اعتراض. |
| Ma êeppmen fellak, ad iyI tcarkev ayen ur tessinev, ur asen teddu di leb$i. Illi yidsen d uwqim di ddunit. Ddu d ubrid n wid isteôoâen $uôI. Sinna, tu$alin nnwen $uôI, ad awen Mle$ ayen txeddmem. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | পিতা-মাতা যদি তোমাকে আমার সাথে এমন বিষয়কে শরীক স্থির করতে পীড়াপীড়ি করে, যার জ্ঞান তোমার নেই; তবে তুমি তাদের কথা মানবে না এবং দুনিয়াতে তাদের সাথে সদ্ভাবে সহঅবস্থান করবে। যে আমার অভিমুখী হয়, তার পথ অনুসরণ করবে। অতঃপর তোমাদের প্রত্যাবর্তন আমারই দিকে এবং তোমরা যা করতে, আমি সে বিষয়ে তোমাদেরকে জ্ঞাত করবো। |
| Literal | And if they (B) made you exert on that you share/make partners with Me what knowledge is not to you with it, so do not obey them (B), and accompany/befriend them (B) in the present world (with) kindness , andfollow (the) road/path (of) who returned/repented to Me, then to Me (is) your return, so I inform you with what you were making/doing. |
| Yusuf Ali | "But if they strive to make thee join in worship with Me things of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not; yet bear them company in this life with justice (and consideration), and follow the way of those who turn to me (in love): in the end the return of you all is to Me, and I will tell you the truth (and meaning) of all that ye did." |

Maintain lawful relations with them in this world and follow the path of those who turn in repentance to Me. To Me you will all return and I shall tell you all that you have done. |
