[3:42] | Wa-ith qalati almala-ikatuya maryamu inna Allaha istafaki watahharakiwaistafaki AAala nisa-i alAAalameena
|  وإذ قالت الملائكة يا مريم إن الله اصطفاك وطهرك واصطفاك على نساء العالمين
وَإِذْ قَالَتِ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ يَا مَرْيَمُ إِنَّ اللّهَ اصْطَفَاكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَاصْطَفَاكِ عَلَى نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ |
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قالت - said| الملائكة - the Angels,| يا - O| مريم - "O Maryam!| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| اصطفاك - (has) chosen you| وطهرك - and purified you| واصطفاك - and chosen you| على - over| نساء - (the) women| العالمين - (of) the worlds."| |

| መላእክትም ያሉትን (አስታውስ)፡፡ «መርየም ሆይ! አላህ በእርግጥ መረጠሸ፡፡ አነጻሽም፡፡ በዓለማት ሴቶችም ላይ መረጠሽ፡፡» |
| آل الجلالين | { و } اذكر { إذ قالت الملائكة } أي جبريل { يا مريم إن الله اصطفاك } اختارك { وطهرك } من مسيس الرجال { واصطفاك على نساء العالمين } أي أهل زمانك . |
| Mi s nnant lmalayek: "a Meryem! Öebbi, s tidep, Ifren ikem, Izzazdeg ikem, Ismenyaf ikem i tlawin imavalen. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আর যখন ফেরেশতা বলল হে মারইয়াম!, আল্লাহ তোমাকে পছন্দ করেছেন এবং তোমাকে পবিত্র পরিচ্ছন্ন করে দিয়েছেন। আর তোমাকে বিশ্ব নারী সমাজের উর্ধ্বে মনোনীত করেছেন। |
