بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

1 [3:185] | Kullu nafsin tha-iqatu almawtiwa-innama tuwaffawna ojoorakum yawma alqiyamatifaman zuhziha AAani alnnari waodkhilaaljannata faqad faza wama alhayatu alddunyailla mataAAu alghuroori
| كل نفس ذائقة الموت وإنما توفون أجوركم يوم القيامة فمن زحزح عن النار وأدخل الجنة فقد فاز وما الحياة الدنيا إلا متاع الغرور كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَإِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ أُجُورَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَمَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ وَما الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلاَّ مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ |
Words | |كل - Every| نفس - soul| ذائقة - (will) taste| الموت - [the] death,| وإنما - and only| توفون - you will be paid in full| أجوركم - your reward| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) [the] Resurrection.| فمن - Then whoever| زحزح - is drawn away| عن - from| النار - the Fire| وأدخل - and admitted| الجنة - (to) Paradise| فقد - then surely| فاز - he is successful.| وما - And not| الحياة - (is) the life| الدنيا - (of) the world| إلا - except| متاع - enjoyment| الغرور - (of) delusion.| |

| ነፍስ ሁሉ ሞትን ቀማሽ ናት፡፡ ምንዳዎቻችሁንም የምትሞሉት በትንሣኤ ቀን ብቻ ነው፡፡ ከእሳትም የተራቀና ገነትን የተገባ ሰው በእርግጥ ምኞቱን አገኘ፡፡ ቅርቢቱም ሕይወት የመታለያ መሳሪያ እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { كل نفس ذائقة الموت وإنما توفَّون أجوركم } جزاء أعمالكم { يوم القيامة فمن زُحزح } بعد { عن النار وأدخل الجنة فقد فاز } نال غاية مطلوبه { وما الحياة الدنيا } أي العيش فيها { إلا متاع الغرور } الباطل يتمتع به قليلا ثم يفنى . |
| Yal iman ad ijeôôeb tameppant. Ass n tnekra, ad awen ippunefk, kan, warraz nnwen. Win isellken si tmes, ikecmen Loennet, ni$ irbeê. Tameddurt, di ddunit, d zzhu kan ip$uôôun. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | প্রত্যেক প্রাণীকে আস্বাদন করতে হবে মৃত্যু। আর তোমরা কিয়ামতের দিন পরিপূর্ণ বদলা প্রাপ্ত হবে। তারপর যাকে দোযখ থেকে দূরে রাখা হবে এবং জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করানো হবে, তার কার্যসিদ্ধি ঘটবে। আর পার্থিব জীবন ধোঁকা ছাড়া অন্য কোন সম্পদ নয়। |
Literal | Every self (is) tasting/experiencing the death, and but you are being fulfilled/completed your rewards (on) the Resurrection Day, so who was removed from the fire, and made to enter the Paradise, so he had won/succeeded/triumphed, and the present world/worldly life is not except the deceit's/temptation's enjoyment. |
Yusuf Ali | Every soul shall have a taste of death: And only on the Day of Judgment shall you be paid your full recompense. Only he who is saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained the object (of Life): For the life of this world is but goods and chattels of deception. |
Pickthal | Every soul will taste of death. And ye will be paid on the Day of Resurrection only that which ye have fairly earned. Whoso is removed from the Fire and is made to enter paradise, he indeed is triumphant. The life of this world is but comfort of illusion. |

Whoever is drawn away from the Fire, and gets admitted to Paradise, will have gained supreme triumph. Those who consider the life of the world as the end in itself should know that it is only a comfort of self-deception. The real success depends on striving for this world and for the Hereafter (2:201), (10:63-64), (14:27). |

| Oman i baraniyawa na phakataam sa kapatay: Na ithoman rkano dn sa tarotop so manga balas rkano sii ko alongan a qiyamah. Na sadn sa pakawatann ko naraka, go pakasoldn ko sorga na sabnar a miyagontong: Ka da ko kawyagoyag ko doniya inonta na matag sagad a kabimbanan a phakalimpang. |
