1 [3:155] | Inna allatheena tawallaw minkumyawma iltaqa aljamAAani innama istazallahumualshshaytanu bibaAAdi ma kasaboowalaqad AAafa Allahu AAanhum inna Allahaghafoorun haleemun
| إن الذين تولوا منكم يوم التقى الجمعان إنما استزلهم الشيطان ببعض ما كسبوا ولقد عفا الله عنهم إن الله غفور حليم إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَوَلَّوْاْ مِنكُمْ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ إِنَّمَا اسْتَزَلَّهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ بِبَعْضِ مَا كَسَبُواْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا اللّهُ عَنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٌ |
Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| تولوا - turned back| منكم - among you| يوم - (on the) day| التقى - met| الجمعان - the two hosts -| إنما - only| استزلهم - made them slip| الشيطان - the Shaitaan| ببعض - for some| ما - (of) what| كسبوا - they (had) earned.| ولقد - And surely| عفا - forgave| الله - Allah| عنهم - [on] them,| إن - indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| حليم - All-Forbearing.| |

| እነዚያ ሁለቱ ጭፍሮች በተገናኙ ቀን ከእናንተ የሸሹት ሰዎች በዚያ በሠሩት ከፊል ምክንያት ያሳሳታቸው ሰይጣን ነው፡፡ አላህም ከነሱ በእርግጥ ይቅር አለ፡፡ አላህ መሓሪ በቅጣት የማይቸኩል ነውና፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { إن الذين تَوَلَّوْا منكم } عن القتال { يوم التقى الجمعان } جمع المسلمين وجمع الكفار بأُحُد وهم المسلمون إلا اثنيْ عشر رجلا { إنما استزلَّهم } أزلهم { الشيطان } بوسوسته { ببعض ما كسبوا } من الذنوب وهو مخالفة أمر النبي { ولقد عفا اللهُ عنهم إن الله غفور} للمؤمنين { حليم } لا يعجل على العصاة . |
| Ih, wid segwen iwexxôen asmi mlalent trebbuyaâ, d Cciîan kan iten iccacven, ilmend n kra n wayen kesben. Ni$ Isemmeê asen Öebbi. Akka, Öebbi Ipsemmiê, Iêellem. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তোমাদের যে দুটি দল লড়াইয়ের দিনে ঘুরে দাঁড়িয়েছিল শয়তান তাদেরকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছিল, তাদেরই পাপের দরুন। |
Literal | That those who turned away from you, a day/time the two groups/gatherings met, but the devil made them slip/fall/sin , with some/part (of) what they earned/gathered , and God had forgiven/pardoned on them, that God (is) forgiving, clement. |
Yusuf Ali | Those of you who turned back on the day the two hosts Met,-it was Satan who caused them to fail, because of some (evil) they had done. But Allah Has blotted out (their fault): For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing. |
Pickthal | Lo! those of you who turned back on the day when the two hosts met, Satan alone it was who caused them to backslide, because of some of that which they have earned. Now Allah hath forgiven them. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Clement. |
Arberry | Those of you who turned away the day the two hosts encountered -- Satan made them slip for somewhat they had earned; but God has pardoned them; God is All-forgiving, All-clement. |
