[29:21] | YuAAaththibu man yashao wayarhamuman yashao wa-ilayhi tuqlaboona
|  يعذب من يشاء ويرحم من يشاء وإليه تقلبون
يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ |
| Words | |يعذب - He punishes| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| ويرحم - and has mercy| من - (on) whom| يشاء - He wills,| وإليه - and to Him| تقلبون - you will be returned.| |

| የሚሻውን ሰው ይቀጣል፡፡ የሚሻውንም ሰው ያዝንለታል፡፡ ወደእርሱም ትመለሳላችሁ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يعذِّب من يشاء } تعذيبه { ويرحم من يشاء } رحمته { وإليه تقبلون } تردون. |
