| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[25:42] | In kada layudillunaAAan alihatina lawla an sabarnaAAalayha wasawfa yaAAlamoona heena yarawna alAAathabaman adallu sabeelan
|  إن كاد ليضلنا عن آلهتنا لولا أن صبرنا عليها وسوف يعلمون حين يرون العذاب من أضل سبيلا
إِن كَادَ لَيُضِلُّنَا عَنْ آلِهَتِنَا لَوْلَا أَن صَبَرْنَا عَلَيْهَا وَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ حِينَ يَرَوْنَ الْعَذَابَ مَنْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا |
| Words | |إن - He would have almost| كاد - He would have almost| ليضلنا - [surely] misled us| عن - from| آلهتنا - our gods| لولا - if not| أن - that| صبرنا - we had been steadfast| عليها - to them."| وسوف - And soon| يعلمون - will know| حين - when| يرون - they will see| العذاب - the punishment,| من - who| أضل - (is) more astray| سبيلا - (from the) way.| |

| «እነሆ በእርሷ ላይ መታገሳችን ባልነበረ ኖሮ ከአማልክቶቻችን ሊያሳስተን ቀርቦ ነበር» (ሲሉም ይሳለቃሉ)፡፡ ወደፊትም ቅጣቱን በሚያዩ ጊዜ መንገድን በጣም ተሰሳቹ ማን እንደኾነ በእርግጥ ያውቃሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إن } مخففة من الثقيلة واسمها محذوف أي إنه { كاد ليضلنا } يصرفنا { عن آلهتنا لولا أن صبرنا عليها } لصرفنا عنها، قال تعالى: { وسوف يعلمون حين يرون العذاب } عينانا في الآخرة { من أضلُّ سبيلا } أخطأ طريقا، أهم أم المؤمنون . |
| Qôib i $ itlef seg iôebbiten nne$, lemmer ur neûbiô fellasen". Deqqal ad éôen mara walin aâaqeb, anwa i innetlafen, kteô, seg ubrid. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সে তো আমাদেরকে আমাদের উপাস্যগণের কাছ থেকে সরিয়েই দিত, যদি আমরা তাদেরকে আঁকড়ে ধরে না থাকতাম। তারা যখন শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করবে, তখন জানতে পারবে কে অধিক পথভ্রষ্ট। |
| Literal | That he was about to/almost to misguide us from our gods, except for that we were patient on it. And they will know when they see/understand the torture who (is) more misguided a way/path . |
