| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[25:27] | Wayawma yaAAaddu alththalimuAAala yadayhi yaqoolu ya laytanee ittakhathtumaAAa alrrasooli sabeelan
|  ويوم يعض الظالم على يديه يقول يا ليتني اتخذت مع الرسول سبيلا
وَيَوْمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي اتَّخَذْتُ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ سَبِيلًا |
| Words | |ويوم - And (the) Day| يعض - will bite| الظالم - the wrongdoer| على - [on]| يديه - his hands,| يقول - he will say,| يا - O| ليتني - "O I wish!| اتخذت - I had taken| مع - with| الرسول - the Messenger| سبيلا - a way.| |

| በዳይም «ከመልክተኛው ጋር ቀጥተኛን መንገድ ይዤ በኾነ ዋ ምኞቴ!» እያለ (በጸጸት) ሁለት እጆቹን የሚነክስበትን ቀን (አስታውስ)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ويوم يعضُّ الظالم } المشرك: عقبة بن أبي معيط كان نطق بالشهادتين ثم رجع إرضاءً لأبيّ بن خلف { على يديه } ندما وتحسرا في يوم القيامة { يقول يا } للتنبيه { ليتني اتخذت مع الرسول } محمد { سبيلا } طريقا إلى الهدى . |
| Ass ideg ara i$eéé umednus ifassen is, ad yini: "a yamxix iw, a lemmer ddi$ d ubrid Umazan! |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | জালেম সেদিন আপন হস্তদ্বয় দংশন করতে করতে বলবে, হায় আফসোস! আমি যদি রসূলের সাথে পথ অবলম্বন করতাম। |
| Literal | And a day/time the unjust/oppressor bites on his hands, he says: "Oh I wish I would have taken/received with the messenger a way/road ." |
| Yusuf Ali | The Day that the wrong-doer will bite at his hands, he will say, "Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path with the Messenger! |
