[22:12] | YadAAoo min dooni Allahi ma layadurruhu wama la yanfaAAuhu thalikahuwa alddalalu albaAAeedu
|  يدعو من دون الله ما لا يضره وما لا ينفعه ذلك هو الضلال البعيد
يَدْعُواْ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُ وَمَا لَا يَنفَعُهُ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الضَّلَالُ الْبَعِيدُ |
| Words | |يدعو - He calls| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah| ما - what| لا - not| يضره - harms him| وما - and what| لا - not| ينفعه - benefits him.| ذلك - That| هو - [it]| الضلال - (is) the straying| البعيد - far away.| |

| ከአላህ ሌላ የማይጎዳውንና የማይጠቅመውን ይግገዛል፡፡ ይህ እርሱ (ከእውነት) የራቀ ስህተት ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يدعو } يعبد { من دون الله } من الصنم { ما لا يضره } إن لم يعبده { وما لا ينفعه } إن عبده { ذلك } الدعاء { هو الضلال البعيد } عن الحق . |
| Ipnuju, war Öebbi, ar wayen ur t neîîuôôu, ur t neffaâ. D wagi ay d ttelfan u$miq. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | সে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন কিছুকে ডাকে, যে তার অপকার করতে পারে না এবং উপকারও করতে পারে না। এটাই চরম পথভ্রষ্টতা। |
| Literal | He calls from other than God what does not harm him and what does not benefit him, that (is) the misguidance thefar/distant. |
| Yusuf Ali | They call on such deities, besides Allah, as can neither hurt nor profit them: that is straying far indeed (from the Way)! |
| Pickthal | He calleth, beside Allah, unto that which hurteth him not nor benefiteth him. That is the far error. |
