[2:286] | La yukallifu Allahu nafsanilla wusAAaha laha ma kasabatwaAAalayha ma iktasabat rabbana latu-akhithna in naseena aw akhta/narabbana wala tahmil AAalayna isrankama hamaltahu AAala allatheena minqablina rabbana wala tuhammilnama la taqata lana bihi waoAAfuAAanna waighfir lana wairhamnaanta mawlana faonsurna AAalaalqawmi alkafireena
|  لا يكلف الله نفسا إلا وسعها لها ما كسبت وعليها ما اكتسبت ربنا لا تؤاخذنا إن نسينا أو أخطأنا ربنا ولا تحمل علينا إصرا كما حملته على الذين من قبلنا ربنا ولا تحملنا ما لا طاقة لنا به واعف عنا واغفر لنا وارحمنا أنت مولانا فانصرنا على القوم الكافرين
لاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللّهُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لاَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَآ أَنتَ مَوْلاَنَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ |

| አላህ ነፍስን ከችሎታዋ በላይ አያስገድዳትም፡፡ ለርስዋ የሠራችው አላት፡፡ በርስዋም ላይ ያፈራችው (ኀጢአት) አለባት፡፡ (በሉ)፡- ጌታችን ሆይ! ብንረሳ ወይም ብንስት አትያዘን፤ (አትቅጣን)፡፡ ጌታችን ሆይ! ከባድ ሸክምን ከእኛ በፊት በነበሩት ላይ እንደጫንከው በእኛ ላይ አትጫንብን፡፡ ጌታችን ሆይ! ለኛም በርሱ ችሎታ የሌለንን ነገር አታሸክመን፡፡ ከእኛም ይቅርታ አድርግ ለእኛም ምሕረት አድርግ፡፡ እዘንልንም፤ ዋቢያችን አንተ ነህና፡፡ በከሓዲዎች ሕዝቦች ላይም እርዳን፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | ( لا يكلف الله نفساً إلا وسعها ) أي ما تسعه قدرتها ( لها ما كسبت ) من الخير أي ثوابه ( وعليها ما اكتسبت ) من الشر أي وزره ولا يؤاخذ أحد بذنب أحد ولا بما لم يكسبه مما وسوست به نفسه ، قولوا ( ربنا لا تؤاخذنا ) بالعقاب ( إن نسينا أو أخطأنا ) تركنا الصواب لا عن عمد كما أخذت به من قبلنا وقد رفع الله ذلك عن هذه الأمة كما ورد في الحديث فسؤاله اعتراف بنعمة الله ( ربنا ولا تحمل علينا إصراً ) أمرا يثقل علينا حمله ( كما حملته على الذين من قبلنا ) أي بني إسرائيل من قتل النفس في التوبة وإخراج ربع المال في الزكاة وقرض موضع النجاسة ( ربنا ولا تحملنا ما لا طاقة ) قوة ( لنا به ) من التكاليف والبلاء ( واعف عنا ) امح ذنوبنا ( واغفر لنا وارحمنا ) في الرحمة زيادة على المغفرة ( أنت مولانا ) سيدنا ومتولي أمورنا ( فانصرنا على القوم الكافرين ) بإقامة الحجة والغلبة في قتالهم فإن من شأن المولى أن ينصر مواليه على الأعداء ، وفي الحديث "" لما نزلت هذه الآية فقرأها صلى الله عليه وسلم قيل له عقب كل كلمة قد فعلت "" . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আল্লাহ কাউকে তার সাধ্যাতীত কোন কাজের ভার দেন না, সে তাই পায় যা সে উপার্জন করে এবং তাই তার উপর বর্তায় যা সে করে। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা, যদি আমরা ভুলে যাই কিংবা ভুল করি, তবে আমাদেরকে অপরাধী করো না। হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! এবং আমাদের উপর এমন দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করো না, যেমন আমাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের উপর অর্পণ করেছ, হে আমাদের প্রভূ! এবং আমাদের দ্বারা ঐ বোঝা বহন করিও না, যা বহন করার শক্তি আমাদের নাই। আমাদের পাপ মোচন কর। আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা কর এবং আমাদের প্রতি দয়া কর। তুমিই আমাদের প্রভু। সুতরাং কাফের সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আমাদের কে সাহায্যে কর। |
| Literal | God does not burden/impose a self except its endurance/capability , for it what it earned/acquired and on it what it earned/acquired .
